John is absolutely amazing and courteous. He is so thorough and complete in all his work. He explained everything that was happening and what we should do to prevent certain things and how the whole process was going to work. HomeShield was great! When I scheduled a technician to come out Parker was very professional over the phone explaining the process. When John the technician came out he was very knowledgeable and personable. He was awesome! I highly recommend HomeShield!

The service professional, John, notified us when he was on his way and when he arrived. He did a thorough job from what I could see. However, it would be nice to get a time frame for the service instead of just the date when they call/text to confirm. I was woken up at 7:25 am by John’s text that he was on his way…kind of early. Also, for some reason he needed to use our garden hose but turned off the water to the whole house! Apparently he doesn’t know the difference between a spigot handle and a water main handle. One star off for that.
