DeGerald came out yesterday for a last minute service that we needed. He was able to work us in for the time that I needed. We’ve been with HomeTeam for years and DeGerald has always been our technician. He’s very pleasant and does his job thoroughly and well. I appreciate him so much! Thank you DeGerald!

Worst there is! Increased the fee multiple times without informing me! I called in June to close the account. The person answered the phone said ok I’m gonna go ahead the close the account. Then in Jul 28 they charged me for one service claiming I received the service end of June ( I was overseas then)! I called and spoke to an office manager Mitzi and she was very rude and unprofessional. She claimed that I did not confirm the cancellation of account and hence the unannounced service. She they said she can refund me but that service fee still dues and it will go to a collection company! How ridiculous this is!! Please stay away from this company!!

Rep could have done a better job explaining the financial difference if we paid monthly or quarterly. The rep that showed up was timely and did an excellent job explaining next steps with the treatment. Would recommend them again.

I’m so thankful home team provides service between regular scheduled visits when needed. They’re very fast to schedule with and results are quick as well. Gabe is great!!!

They are asking me to pay an older balance until the new service which i have never had. Their servicing guy lied that he provided service which he did not in the past. I kept asking him to come on the weekend to service but he continued coming during the work week when no body was home. Tell me how would he service

Mr. Hugo Medina expertly eliminated my issue with ants, bug, and spiders! Moreover, he sealed the small holes located near the bottom of my garage door on both the left and right sides to prevent rodents from entering my garage! I appreciate his can-do attitude, competence, and friendly disposition! He's an asset to the Home Team Pest Control team! PROMOTE!!!!
