We just moved from Texas, so needed a new, local pest defense company. Our realtor highly recommended Julio at HomeTeam. He was immediately responsive, prepared a quote, sent a contract for electronic signature, and had a technician out the next day. The technician walked our house/property with me to understand our concerns, and then applied treatment and brushed all applicable areas. He was professional and efficient, and told me to call if anything “new” pops up, and he or someone will be out to help. I will definitely recommend HomeTeam to others!

Derek was the best inspection we have had in 5 years. He was very thorough and professional. It was impressive the way he could name each spider specie and knew the seasons of each insect. He was focus, effective and prompt doing his job. Derek is an asset to your company.

My long time and very good Pest Tech apparently left and this company says it is their policy to NOT notify customers and to send whatever random tech out who may not ever have serviced your area or even be able to speak English you can understand. Then when you talk to an alleged manager who is a snobby white guy, he then says another manager will assign you another random person without a manager coming out to assess your property. Also, this guy says it is just too much work to contact the 100 or customers a tech may have to let them know in advance that their tech may be leaving. This is the rudest and most unprofessional pest control company I have ever dealt with. Don't use this company. We haven't had any pest service for a month because they can't be bothered to tell us our Pest Tech has left. No wonder our Pest Tech left. He was a wonderful Spanish gentleman who loved taking care of his customers. His former company doesn't care about its customers at all.
