The service was amazing! I called on Tuesday June 3 and the sales representative came that same day. I express the urgency of my request and on the same day again. The manager Josh came to my house and provided the service. The quality of service and treatment I recover was incredible. I give those guys a 10 start of if I could. Yasmany has been my service person for over a tear now. He always communicates the day and a time frame that he will be servicing my house. He always does a great job and checks with me. I liked the guy that went to my house yesterday. But I don’t like that there’s always a different person. Used to have the same guy every month. It was Aaron. I really like him. And I did like that the guy called before he came. I don’t get any notice a day or so before. Which would be nice. I have dogs & it’s good to know when they are coming. Especially because I like the inside done. He took out a few getcos & several dead roaches for me. I wasn’t home. So I appreciated that. Nice guy.

When I had my fist service call from Michael of Honetown. I can’t say enough about him! He was pleasant, polite, knowledgeable and efficient. He resolved whatever issues I had and all with a smile. Today I had a service call from Joshua from Hometown and another outstanding experience. Joshua knew exactly how to get to the root of the problem and immediately resolved it. Hometown is a wonderful company with outstanding, professional employees!
