Had termite annual inspection today. Austin the technician texted me that he was 20 minutes out. Arrived on time. Very pleasant and respectful of home and property. Did an internal and external assessment. Found no activity. Sprayed insecticide inside and out as a preventative measure. I would highly recommend Austin for your service needs. Great guy and pleasant to work with. Very happy with service and great value! I would recommend them. I have had a contract with them for 10yrs or better.

Pretty bad customer service. Called seeking a simple inspection for a potential multi $thousand dollar job and was told I would have to wait until next week. I'll take my business elsewhere, there are way too many companies in the areas that can provide services within a reasonable turnaround.

The service provided was excellent. When I made my appointment, the no haggle price was given. It was very affordable compared to other companies. Mr. Vic, the technician arrived on time to set up the trap to catch a possum. He educated me on precautions to take to avoid any hazards. Mr. Vic was very courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. The next day, the animal was caught and removed from my yard. I was very pleased that Mr. Vic was able to work around my schedule. I would highly recommend the Gulf Coast Exterminators.

I was impressed with the extensive knowledge of the technician who came out to my house last week. I was very happy to get an appointment so quickly, and to have answers to my questions with a plan of action. The treatment was affordable. Customer service rep on the phone was also very pleasant and helpful. Family owned and operated! (Glad to support local!) Highly recommend!!!

Misty was knowledgeable kind and helpful when I called to schedule an appointment for Squirrel issues in the attic. Her husband came to do the work and was equally professional and pleasant. He was fast identified the entry point and had everything done in a hr for more than reasonable pricing. I will definitely use gulf coast again. Thanks so much.

In a world of large conglomerate pest control companies, it’s great to see a true small business that is out there providing top notch service. I only suggest Gulf Coast to anyone that asks about local companies. 10/10!
