Robin was very quick on delivery of service. Most of the service I called that wouldnt be able to come out till at least 2-3 days later. Robin came within the hour. He took of my situation at my house fairly quickly and came back the next day to do an injection in the house to get rid of the remaining problem. He followed up in 2-3 days later dropping by to make sure everything is good.

I've been using them for about 2 years now and they're awesome! I haven't had any issues since and even small ones get taken care of quickly. Their technician is always polite and helpful and asks me if there are any indications of pest return. And if they are, he assesses the area and takes care of it. It's been really great so far

Jamar did a great job at our house. He was very knowledgeable and showed me several possible areas of entry that I need to be aware of.

Came in very swiftly stating he was with pest control and doused my kitchen with what I assume is a chemical replant. He did ask if I had a dog. He didn't have a card or anything but pulled up this review page and asked for a "good job" review. I have a toddler with special needs who likes to sit on the kitchen floor so the fact that my floor is dripping wet is beyond bothering so I'll be contacting my leasing office and mopping my floor.

The first treatment didn’t work and Robin came to do another treatment 8 days later with a stronger pesticide

Robin provided outstanding service and showed great patience—although the job took a few hours, he managed it with complete professionalism. I would absolutely use his services again and recommend him to others. His response time was far better than any other company I reached out to; most didn’t answer or couldn’t come out, possibly because it was the weekend. Robin arrived promptly, resolved the issue at my home efficiently, and returned the following day to perform an injection treatment to fully address the remaining problem.

I would give 0 stars if I could. The person got here in my house and could not get his ass out of the car to ring my doorbell. My gate was not locked and he went away after calling me several times. I was not expecting a call, I was expecting a door knock. My celphone was charging in the room while I was taking care of my 2 yo by myself. All that is fine even, confusion happens. The problem is me trying to reschedule the visit and he insisting, on a power trip, that he will only call and will not come to my door step. Wtf dude? How are you planning on performing a inspection if you are not willing to get out of your car? And I have cameras, nobody ever came to my gate. Never again I will call this company and I will make sure to let every single friend and neighbor I have know how entittled they are.
