We used Humphrey’s Pest Control for a serious bedbug problem, and after spending $2,000 and three months of treatments, the bedbugs came back. On top of that, they talked us into signing up for their quarterly treatment plan, which has been just as disappointing. We still see ants, mice, droppings, and other bugs consistently around our home. After all the money and time invested, nothing has improved, and the company doesn’t seem to care. We feel misled and extremely dissatisfied — would not recommend.

We had mice issues and called Humphreys. They sent out several people and after a month or so nothing changed, we still saw mice. They sent out a new person who was much more thorough than previous employees, and he set out bait traps inside. He would come and check and refill each week, and the mice would eat them, but we would still see one most nights. After a few months, they said they could no longer come out and treat as the warranty period had expired. They'd have to charge us to come out again. So we still have mice after paying $250, and I'm going with another company. Two stars because everyone was nice.

The woman who answered the phone was absolutely amazing. She was so patient and kind and didn't pressure us to schedule the service. She gave us all the tips and tricks to use before we made the decision to have them come out for a service. The technician who came out was equally wonderful and knowledgeable and was also kind enough to share Info to help us for the future. They also have a 60 day guarantee which they had no problem with honoring when I felt we needed one more follow-up service. I would highly recommend.

Our latest service tech with Humphreys is AMAZING!!! He has been awesome addressing our issues, trying different techniques, and getting things on the right track. I am amazed how thorough and conscientious he is about his job and it is clear to me in the results he has achieved for us. This is a tough job, but this tech is the best we have had over the last 4 years. I would highly recommend him and the pest control service he provides.
