Worst customer service I've experienced in a long time. We've had IPC come and spray for beetles and have had GREAT results -- highly recommended! This year was very different. I'm not sure if the chemical was different this year or not enough was sprayed but when I called to check the person on the other end of the phone said, you shouldn't expect miracles. And while I don't expect miracles, I do expect that the service I paid for is done properly and the results should be no different than what we've experienced in years past.

Called a month ago for flea spraying in my house due to an infestation, Joe took the task to come help out, he was very kind and offered to help me move some stuff around my yard before I left, sprayed saw a decrease and asked if he could come spray again and he came back, sprayed and he very much made light of the situation! I also enjoyed that they are not a huge corporation and locally owned! Very nice experience! Would recommend to others!

Last year they did a great job spraying for spiders. This year they mixed the chemicals wrong and left white streaks all over the house. They did come back to try to wash it off but it really did nothing. The guy that spayed the prior year came back and washed with a special solution, scrubbing by hand for hours, which did take it off 1 side of the house. But they never came back to finish doing the rest of the house. Yes, they did refund our money but we will not use them again and risk ruining our home.

Jaysen was quick and very polite. We called about a roach issue, and he came and did a great job. Gave us some instructions to prep for his visit, and he was in & out. We saw the roaches running for the hills in a matter of minutes.

Said he was going to be here around 2:40pm, and asked us to move our furniture away from the baseboards so he could spray for ants. He never showed up, and hung up on us when we called. Definitely would not recommend, very unreliable and unprofessional.
