We have been using Insectek for several years now. They have always been friendly and helpful when we call them, and they make scheduling very easy. We have had several different technicians come out over the years and not once have had a bad experience. They have been very thorough, responsive to our requests and trouble areas outside, and let us know when they are done (as well as make sure the gate is closed so our dogs don't get loose). These guys are awesome! They check in with me before they do the service to see if I have noticed any unusual pest activity. They thoroughly apply treatment and check back with me when done to let me know how everything went and if they noticed anything unusual. Between treatments if there is a problem I give them a call and they come right out to fix it at no charge. Great company and great service.

Very professional and thorough and used a variety of products to cover inside and out to get rid of several different insects and critters, and spent over an hour, so I know he did a good job. The technician, Matthew, was very knowledgeable and respectful, and even got rid of a scorpion that was hiding in my door jamb! Insectek was recommended by a neighbor, and I’ll refer others to them too! Also, very reasonable cost!

Highly recommend this company! Nolan, my technician took his time and sprayed the interior and exterior of my home as well as the garage and set up sticky traps. He answered all my questions and was super informative. The scheduling was super easy as well! Glad I set up for bi monthly treatments with them!

They do a great job. Always very kind and answer all my questions. The techs are very knowledgeable about their product and services. From other quotes I have gotten they are priced competitively. My only critique would be a little more than 24 hour heads up would be appreciated but they are always good at rescheduling when it doesn't work out for me.

We called Insectek for a quote on termite inspection and treatment. The termite inspection was free and they were able to get someone out to our property the same day I called, which was reassuring since we had found evidence of some termite activity and wanted an assessment asap. Sarat showed up exactly when we were told he would arrive. He was thorough with his evaluation and gave me a very detailed explanation of what he found, as well as our options for treatment. Sarat was very knowledgeable, personable and reassuring that our issue would be well taken care of. We opted for treatment of the active areas and perimeter bait stations around both our home and our shop. Nolan arrived promptly at the scheduled time to provide this service. He was here for several hours. Throughout this time, he was efficient, respectful of our property, and extremely knowledgeable and attentive to any and all questions we asked. We feel very at ease that the service provided will eradicate our current issue and eliminate any cause for worry in the future. We have used Insectek Pest for about 7 years now and have been very happy with their service. Today we had them come out as we noticed termite activity. A young man named Matthew came and was so knowledgeable and explained everything to us and treated our problem. It was such a relief to get it resolved without being a big problem. He didn’t try to upsell anything. Great service from really nice young man.

I’ve used Insectek Pest Solutions for over 5 years and they are always on time, communicate well, send reminders of upcoming appointments, and Nolan always communicates when he’s on his way, arrived, and finished! Thankfully we have never had any major pest issues while having their service!

Shout out to Ty and Mathew. Just always do such a thorough job. Never home, but saw on security camera that they were there for 45 minutes being really detailed about spraying everything and always pay attention so special requests. Recommend them to my friends. Really happy with the service.
