Recently went into 12 month contract for sugar ant infestation. Insight has been out 2x - an initial service to spray outside along house foundation and inside spray/dusting treatment and then a follow-up service 3 weeks later to respray the outside and replenish bait. They informed me that I might see some increased ant activity after spraying, which I did on both service occasions. Unfortunately, the activity was quite a lot in one particular room of the house 1 week after the second visit. I called Insight to get some more help as the bait stations they had set are all dried up and looked like they had no effect. They informed me that they couldn’t come out for another 10-14 days as it wouldn’t be effective spraying again so soon - I acknowledged that and asked if they would at least come out to put out fresh bait as there was nothing to deter the ants. I was told they only come out 10-14 days after a treatment is preformed and they cancelled with other customers to make room for me - it is Monday and they are not coming until Saturday! In the meantime, I have ants all over my bathroom, and all I’m asking for is fresh bait asap, not spray treatment! Terrible customer service. I told the person I spoke to on the phone that I was not happy they were not coming until Saturday especially given what I’m paying, and no acknowledgement other than to say they don’t come out for 10-14 days after spraying per policy. I am paying them over a $1000 for this 12 month service (initial visit + monthly fee over 12 months) and at this point, I don’t see reason to renew - I can buy my own bait! Ps. The reason they have so many positive reviews - they ask customers to review their technician so that the tech will receive a reward from the company. Perhaps many of these customers are happy with their service too, though please be advised if you need a quick help, they may not be willing to do it if it’s within 10-14 days from the last time they performed service.

Hornets took over my office. Omg! I had a personal battle in my office with about 100 hornets! Thank goodness for my Wasp and Hornet spray! What a battle! I got stung by two of them before I could get out of my office. I called Insight Pest Control for help! Brendon was assigned to rescue me! The communication was outstanding with Brendon. He called to say he was on his way. Then, called to let me know he had arrived. He was attentive to our concerns and explained his plan to remedy the hornet take off. He did a full inspection of my attic. He treated the areas of entry points. He will follow up in a couple weeks. Excellent service! You deserve a raise! Thank you, Brendon!

I cannot say enough positive things about David and the service and knowledge he provided while he was here. He is such a friendly and kind person who made conversations about spiders/rodents easier to handle. David solidified my choice of pest services with his genuine smile and fun personality. Thank you for such a lovely experience!

James called ahead before arriving to the residence. He was thorough in his explanation of the treatments he would be using and how it would affect the bugs/rodents. He was efficient and worked around our kids curiosity and even left them color books to enjoy. Glad to have Insight be our pest control service for the year and beyond

David did a thorough job of treating a couple of wasps nests. Did a follow-up visit and I'm now wasp free. Highly recommend this company as they are prompt with return calls, answered all my questions and arrived on time. Thank you David.

Fred was great! I was in a panic running late, he treated the outside while waiting patiently for me and was very understanding. Super friendly, Informative and clearly knowledgeable about his work. When we moved into our new construction house ants were crawling out of every corner. Insight has kept them at bay for years. They will come by for extra visits if we have a problem in between services (wasp nest!) And are helpful with advice and keeping on top of things. We used to have a woman who was doing our services, I miss her she was the best. But recently Jordan and Dallan came by and they were also super friendly and helpful.
