I was checking the mail one day and saw and Insight Pest Solutions van across the street at my neighbor's house. I walked over to speak with the gentleman performing the service and asked him about their company. He introduced himself and said his name was Pedro and proceeded to share some information with me. He was extremely friendly, very detailed in answering all of my questions, and we exchanged numbers to begin working on setting up an appointment. Within a few days, we had scheduled an initial spray for my home. As we were communicating via text, I asked if he would share the names and types of pesticides that they use so I could do a little research myself (specifically for animal safety). He was thorough and explained the process/chemicals with proficiency. Pedro arrived on Friday morning, first thing as he promised he would, and greeted my pups and I at the door. Again, extremely friendly and professional. When the service call was complete, he sent me a follow up text explaining that he had finished and to reach out with any questions or concerns. It is a breath of fresh air working with people in the community who have personality, professionalism, and follow through/show up when they say they're going to. I am very pleased with the service and care provided specifically by Pedro, and I highly recommend using Insight for your pest control needs! We’ve had a great experience! Love that their spray is not harmful to kids and pets. Our problems pests have pretty much disappeared, and when some ants popped back up in the kitchen they were quick to schedule us to take care of that. Pedro specifically has sprayed our house twice and is very kind and knowledgeable. Very happy!
