When I called Insight, I spoke with Zion. He was incredibly kind and helpful to me and explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. Christian was the one who showed up to take care of a yellow jacket nest. Christian was also very kind and knowledgeable of the chemicals being used and answered all of our questions and did such a thorough job.

Insight removed existing insulation in 2 attic spaces, 1 without access, and replaced with borate infused insulation. Very professional and friendly team from Insight. Job took longer than anticipated but even still, they performed a great job from start to finish. Absolutely I would recommend Insight for pest concerns.

Very responsive and great customer service! They’ve come out for bees in different locations around my home and the quarterly pest preventative measures have vastly decreased pest activity. Most recently, termites have invaded our backyard woods area and Shaq was great at explaining next steps to prevent them from reaching our home. A+ service!

I have subscribed to Insight Pest Solutions for over a year now. My house is pretty secluded in the woods, so it is a target for ants and mice. The insight team never misses an appointment to treat my house. They provide an overall summary of the work accomplished and their recommendations to reduce the unwelcome guests for my home. They have followed up with an inspection of my attic, where I can hear these mice at night. James provided a clear step-by-steps process on how they can treat the problem right at its source. I was pleasantly surprised this was a service Insight provides and am excited to rid my attic of mice. Insight does what I wish my cat would do! Thank you to the Insight Team for your customer care and the work you provide. EDIT: I had this service performed in July. I was asked to submit a review for a discount. Here’s my true experience. Two workers in my attic all day. They knocked three ceiling tiles out of my ceiling while performing their job. Mistakes happen. I went to Home Depot to buy replacement tiles and said I’d get someone to help replace. Their supervisor came over and took the receipt from my hand from Home Depot for the replacement tiles. I was expecting reimbursement. Never saw a penny from them. He said he would find someone to replace because it might be cheaper. Instead, this was ignored. Two hours after the service, I hear mice in the attic. I was told they would be sealing any entrances to help prevent mice from entering. I know that isn’t 100% guaranteed, but the amount of money I dropped on this service and to have the same amount of mouse activity in my attic is not worth it. I dropped thousands of dollars, resulting in the same amount of mouse activity, and three holes in my ceiling. Save yourself the money and headache. I’m cancelling my services.

Insight is who you want to call if you have any pest issues. They are incredibly professional and thorough and not trying to sell a bill of goods. Edited Review due to quality customer service and favorable response: They did what they claimed they did when they were here. We did our complete year contract with them and they absolutely stuck to what was agreed upon. The only issue I had was at the end of the contract that they could communicate it a bit better that it's been a year and maybe offer a one time payment discount for the next year without me asking. The single service issue I had was resolved in no time flat and I was rather impressed.

I was a loyal Insight Pest Solutions customer for over 14 years for both interior and exterior services. Unfortunately, my trust in this company ended after a very disappointing and concerning experience. They recently promoted a side service offering attic inspection for mice. The person they sent to my home inspected the attic and immediately claimed I had a severe mouse infestation. He went as far as saying mice would soon start “falling through the canned lights” in my ceiling — clearly an attempt to scare me. He then quoted me $18,000 to fix the issue, which felt like blatant fear-mongering and a high-pressure sales tactic. I had my attic inspected by another professional afterward and was told there was no infestation at all. Because of this experience, I decided to cancel my service after 14 years. However, I had to call twice because I the person who answered the phone said she would have a manager call me and no one followed up . I no longer wish to do business with a company that uses scare tactics and takes advantage of long-time customers. Very disappointed in the direction this company has taken. I am still waiting for an email I requested stating service is cancelled and they will not use my AMEX on file.

Dave D went above and beyond today to ensure that any spots where mice could get in are plugged. We’ve had issues in winters past, so this was needed. He also left us some traps and gave us tips on where to put them to ensure they are most effective. He was fantastic!
