Adam was perfect. He presented himself in a very professional manner and was thorough explaining to me his service. He was great answering my questions in a way that I could understand. Since Interstate could not deal with my racoon challenge Adam was able to provide a referral to someone who could handle it. Being a Senior Citizen, I find more and more aspects that I need to hire help with. I am thankful to have Adam to help me not just now but in the future. I will recommend Interstate and especially Adam to friends and neighbors needing assistance.

Interstate Pest Management had Caleb at our project to assess the situation with-in just a couple days of contacting them. He checked the pest situation thoroughly and provided many photos and excellent explanations of there process to completely take care of the situation including closing all access points and sanitizing/deodorizing after removal of soiled material. I have hired Interstate for other pest issues in different properties and they have always done an exceptional job.

Recently bought a home and contacted Interstate Pest control after our Inspection Report noted evidence of carpenter ants. Scheduling was very easy and price extremely competitive - love that there is no binding contract. My technician, Caleb, did an incredible job evaluating and baiting my property while also educating me about the treatment plan. He thoroughly answered all my questions, removed old bait from the previous owner, and was an overall pleasure to work with.
