Job number 7954 Outstanding service from Carl. Very polite & friendly, fast response & came back out on the dates stated. Traps captured the mice like they are meant to and disposed of the right way. Job 8936 - we had a wasp nest in our front dormer window. It was super easy to book an appointment; I filled in the online form and had a reply within 24 hrs with a quote and proposed date from the options I asked for (just a couple days later). I appreciated I received a link on the day to track when Carl would arrive. Carl was friendly and explained what he was going to do. He treated the wasp nest and within a day they were gone. He did say if they were still there after 48 hrs to let him know and they would re-treat, but this was not necessary. I received a post-job report of what had been done and the invoice immediately after he was done. Very happy with the service and results - would definitely use them again!

Job 7909 Carl came to deal with a wasp nest that was in a cavity so not visible but the wasps certainly were! He was on time very polite and impressed my mum by introducing himself!
