We love Michelle and Love her work, she is a very hard working person and trust her at our home , with or without us there. Always asks us if we are having problem with anything else or are we in need of other treatments. She genuinely cares about her customers and issues with pest they might have.

Jamey from Ja-Roy provided excellent service. He was friendly, highly knowledgeable about pests/termites, and offered helpful suggestions. His inspection was thorough, and he was willing to handle additional work as needed. Pre-service communication was clear and timely, ensuring the appointment day worked well. Mike is ALWAYS considerate, checks in with me before the service call to see if there are any issues to address and makes a follow up contact to let me know the treatment is complete and to reach out with any issues that arise. He’s also easy to talk to, polite, and always shows up when he says he will. There aren’t a lot of service providers I can say these things about these days. Most want to just get the business and get out, but Mike maintains relationships with his customers which keeps us with Ja-Roy for the long haul.Top marks! JA-Roy is lucky to have him. Really.

I was told that he would be here at 2pm. At exactly 2 pm the JA-ROY was sitting in my driveway! So much better than sometimes between noon and 6pm. First Class service. He knew exactly what to do .. I followed him around like a puppy trying to offer where some of the traps were and with the slight hint he would be on the hunt. Great attitude and a quick worker !

The pest control guy Mr.Blaine was very courteous and direct on what he was doing.he also said for me to call you all for payment.but either you can bill me like you always do.he also said he is going to send me a quote on the termite implants in the ground.also attic spray for mold and insects. Randy was punctual and came a few minutes before the appointment scheduled time. He checked the attics and checked all termite traps. Randy explained what he was going to do and verbally gave me the results of what he did. He is a very polite young man and answered all of my questions in a clear and concise manner. He was on time, very helpful And informative. He was proactive in getting me an appointment with his manager to schedule a visit to assess some damage. He made suggestions on how my home could be more safe. I was impressed 😊
