Had my yearly termite inspection today. My tech was Nader he was very thorough and took his time during the inspection and explained everything he saw as I followed along. I was due for renewal beings that my treatment was done he walked me through all my options and answered all my questions very pleased with J&J and Nader.

I wanted to share my experience with this company and give credit where credit is due. I scheduled them last year to come out for a termite inspection/treatment and they did an excellent job. How? Well my townhome is surrounded by concrete. I have no yard. They had to drill through the concrete all around my foundation to shove the liquid in the ground. Tough work. I called the following year to cancel the annual service after I received an invoice for the service. Then I received a couple more invoices and called again to cancel. Decided it might best to visit the office and explain the situation. I spoke with the manager. He was very gracious and kind and listened to my plea. He told me it was my decision if I wanted to cancel but they needed to scheduled one last inspection and it would be the last at no charge. So just to say, once all was done I am very pleased with the final results. Thank you J&J Exterminating for handling this issue and for the commitment to keeping our home free of termites. Very pleased with the professional service we received from Nadar Qaisich. He called and informed us of the time he would be arriving, and HE WAS ON TIME. He conducted an inspection of the house, told us what he found and gave us his recommendation. We gave a deposit and signed an annual contract. We would highly recommend Nadar Qaish.

You don’t ask for a full payment before a service has been done. I have been dealing with contractors a long time and this company is the only company to ask for a full payment before an appointment was even made. The lady said she would call back, never returned the call, and hung up unprofessionally. You’re posing as scammers…
