I recently became a customer with this company and I’m having the worst experience ever with communication and getting the service that I’m paying for provided. Appointments are being set and no one shows up. I’ve been waiting 3 days for a manager to call me back. This is a very frustrating experience.

We replaced our termite bait stations from another company to J&J. The other company was just to shady and a rather large, will known company.
