Refreshingly HONEST, informative and efficient! We received a referral to call David at Kilroy after getting multiple other estimates from other extermination company’s. Some with estimates in the thousands. David from Kilroy came out, educated us about the insect issue. Told us exactly what we needed to do to treat the issue and told us what was not necessary!! So happy there are HONEST company .

We had David Flowers in our home yesterday doing a termite inspection. He showed up on time, her was personable, super knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. And I had A LOT of questions!! Thank you! :)

Be cautious of this company. My elderly father gave the technician a check - even after he was set up on a payment plan he was sent to collections. Turns out the check had been cashed weeks prior. We sent them proof. Do not trust this company, they take advantage of elderly customers. And the technicians have little to no communication with customers. I am posting this so others in our community are aware.

Eddie treated the place Im renting for 4 months. There was no consistency to him showing up to do the monthly service, so I texted him reminders. Also, when I notified him that the spot treatment wasn't working he disregarded my concerns. He did not clean spider webs on the outside and used a tool to pry open my gate rather than wait for me to come to the gate. He didn't show up for the month of July. Officially stop using this company and would not recommend.

Daniel is very knowledgeable and kind. He was patient with all the questions I asked and was genuinely interested in helping find out if I had bed bugs. I will go to Killroy Pest control for any future concerns. Thanks so much for providing peace of mind and excellent customer service

I've been using Kilroy for over 20 years. They always show up on time, the results are very good, and the prices are competitive. Great and consistent customer service with the front office too, a person, not voicemail or a chat box answers phone calls.
