I had the pleasure of having David Joseph from Kindred Pest Control visit my home, and I cannot speak highly enough about his professionalism and work ethic. From the start, David was extremely gentle, soft-spoken, and respectful, which immediately put me at ease. Initially, I only requested that the inside of my home and garage be sprayed since bugs had started appearing there. David Joseph was more than happy to take care of this, but what truly impressed me was that he went the extra mile and sprayed an additional protective layer around the entire exterior of my home. This level of dedication and thoroughness was remarkable and showed how much he cares about his work and his clients. I am extremely pleased with both the results and the professionalism David demonstrated. It’s rare to come across someone with such strong work ethic and attention to detail. Travis from Kindred had treated my home a couple times now. He was professional, knowledgeable with the pest control service. He took the time to explain everything clearly after treatment. Travis was also very respectful of my home and worked efficiently without cutting any corners. I really appreciated his attention to detail and the care he put into making sure the problem was taken care of. I feel much more at ease knowing my home is in good hands. Wendy was great and very motivated n knowledgeable. We were not interested at first but her character definitely won us over. Haley did the initial visit and she was very professional and kind, answered all our questions and was also very knowledgeable. Haley was fast and efficient, thank you for having staff with great customer service and also friendly. This is the 1st time in the 15 years we live here that we actually get a service from a company who was servicing our neighborhood. So that shows that Wendy and Haley both are amazing at their job. We look forward to having Kindred service our home for many years to come.

The only person that is professional and provided good service was Jeremy and Zachary , most of the other technicians that have been sent to my house are always complaining and lying. Last one started talking about stuff they do not even know about and also that certain treatments are more expensive in NY which does not even make sense, we are not it NY, If they complain about their job they should sign up to do the bare minimum. Adrian C. did a fantastic job! He was very informative and professional upon letting me know when he’d arrive and while reviewing the customer agreement. I was very impressed with how detailed he was while treating indoors and my front and back yard. After tackling a forming ant hill and wasp nest he provided a review and reminders of the service. It’s reassuring for me that Kindred is great at providing information and ensuring my home is protected. I highly recommend Kindred for bug extermination service and I thank Adrian and the young man who set up the service for their courtesy and professionalism.

The technician, Davion Banks who came out today did an outstanding job! He was professional, thorough, and took the time to explain everything in detail so I could fully understand the process. Amazing service. Refugio Cano was so amazing, precise, sweet. We’ve had a few other people come and this kids just over passed them all. His work ethic is untouchable. He’s been the only one kind enough to explain everything and did such an amazing job! Thank you again Refugio for your kindness, respect, and hard work!!!

Devin Johnson was the best. Friendly, polite, and detailed in what he was doing. Great company to work with and experience from signing up (Chris was awesome too) to even calling in this week for additional support. Can’t say enough good things about Kindred - if they come knocking open the door, you won’t regret it. Update: thought I had rodents and I called and got them out right away - Shunton was such a sweetheart - I love this company.

Latest 11/21: Today, Xavier came and inspected/sprayed the front yard, backyard and garage. No matter which tech comes, they are always so polite and professional. I’ve been using Kindred for two years and have had zero issues, so I think they are doing a great service! Daniel S was very thorough and professional. He explained what he was going to do and made sure I understood and was okay either it. Very friendly and helpful! Second visit, to spray the inside of house, also went very well. Michael H performed the service quickly and efficiently. Very professional!

I contracted Kindred because they were the first ones available to come in for treatment. This was for a brand-new construction investment property I wanted to keep as pristine as possible. After every service not a single bug was dead off by the baseboards which is usually what happens with any critters you have. However, we would still notice live ones here and there. Their treatments simply do not work. When I tried to bring that to their attention they simply recommended repeat service (which we also tried) but there’s only so many times you’re going to meet someone out there to perform this task. After half a year with them and no results I asked to cancel, instead of fixing anything, they started sending threatening emails, texts, and letters about filing a mechanic’s lien on the home. For two months I’ve been calling, only to be transferred to random reps in different countries with no real office, no manager, and no one who can actually help. Meanwhile, the threats keep coming. They even tried to charge me $260 just to cancel a service that failed from day one. Absolutely awful company—unprofessional, unhelpful, and aggressive. Save yourself the headache and avoid them entirely.
