This company is amazing! We found a beehive developing rather quickly in front of our home and we were able to get a next day appointment with impeccable service. Our exterminator, Jose, was very knowledgeable, courteous, diligent, and very amicable. All questions were answered thoroughly and he genuinely put us at ease after his services were provided! We could actually see the bees starting to dwindle after his treatment was delivered! So we are definitely using this company again! 👍🏾

Just received my first treatment with knockout pest control. Ben was amazing! He was very professional and personable. He explained everything he was doing and what I needed to do after his application. He was also careful with his application. He provided me with paperwork as well with all the chemicals he used so that I can read for myself. I had a positive experience and would definitely recommend!

Knockout Pests is a great company we have been using for about 7 years now! They come every quarter and spray to do preventative maintenance. Very professional, efficient, and effective! I particularly appreciate that their spray is safe around pets and children.

* Replying back to the owner, go back to the recorded phone calls, and you will see that your customer service people give different information. Scam, they give customers wrong info. I spoke 4 times the first one with Mike he offered me the 1 year plan $599 for unlimited service. Second time I called Jeff answered me saying no 599 is only for 5 services. The third time I called Andy answered he gave me same offer as mike. The 4th and last called Jeff answered he said no mike and Andy are wrong they gave you wrong information. What kind of company is that giving customer wrong info. they don't know their prices and offered how you think they will fix your problem???? Do not bother calling this company.

Every time we call, the phones are answered professionally and appointments are easily set up - very accommodating. They have helped us with insects and rodents and always with helpful information. I highly recommend them.
