Brian was absolutely wonderful! He arrived timely and was very friendly, professional, and respectful to me and my father who joined me for the inspection and treatment. He canvased the entire area and assured me that he will ensure they resolve the wasp issue I had on my property! He was very knowledgeable and was kind enough to explain every step to us as it was happening. As soon as he finished, we already starting seeing results with the pesky wasps! I would highly recommend and would ask for him back every visit!

UPDATE: LaJaunie's was very receptive in listening to my concerns. They were able to schedule a service the next day. They were friendly, thorough, and even found the major source of the wasps were a large nest in my neighbor's fence! Very thankful and appreciate their attentiveness. Looking forward to continuing using them in the future. I have enjoyed using this service for my Home Pest Control for almost 2 yrs now. They are very effective and efficient. However, the past several services have not been up to the original standard. For my last two services they explained that they would reschedule with me to spray the outside property since it was raining. Both times the company never contacted me and I had to reach out to reschedule. Another issue for my area and property are wasp nests. The previous services have not been thorough for the outside property. For example this last service this morning, there are still 3 nests on the house that weren't sprayed or knocked down.

Ashton arrived during my scheduled appointment window. He thoroughly inspected the interior and exterior of my home, including my attic. He appropriately treated the home and explained additional services for my to consider. He was very kind and attentive. I had an excellent experience. My technician, Garrett, came out to remove multiple wasp nests from the exterior of a two-story duplex. There were SO many large nests and wasps (I counted at least 20) but he handled it quickly and thoroughly. Garrett was professional, efficient, and did a fantastic job making sure everything was taken care of. Highly recommend LaJaunie’s Pest Control and would definitely request Garrett again.
