Outstanding service from start to finish! The staff was very friendly and professional from the moment they picked up the phone to schedule an appointment all the way through completion of the job. Their team showed genuine care and took time to understand our issue, came up with a plan, and sent a document explaining how to prep for the visit. Scheduling was hassle free, they were easy to get in touch with for follow up questions, and they explain everything thoroughly. You can tell they really know their stuff when it comes to pest control. They were quickly able to fit me into their schedule, and they made the whole process so easy. The technician was courteous, efficient, and knowledgeable.

Very personable technician. Jamal is extremely knowledgeable with all the answers. He communicated prior to the appointment and arrived early. Provided quote for full fumigation in addition he shared alternatives due to the inconvenience of tenting.

Jordan is the BEST. He Listens and is someone who Cares about his customers. He’s Knowledgeable and can answer our questions in a way we understand. A Rude and disgusting technician/Supervisor named Sylvester came to my house and said I am taking advantage of his company by calling in for a service every month. Mind you They charge my account every month whether you use the service or not. I went 6 months without calling in for a service while they charged me every month an arm and a leg. Supposedly you pay every month but you cannot use the service but only every 90 days. Sylvester was dirty, late, rude and I would never recommend this company to my enemy! And the insect problem i paid for every month was never eliminated. Sylvester you and your company suck!
