Sammy our Technician Specialist was absolutely wonderful in explaining the solution to our problem and setting realistic expectations from the start. He treated all the areas of concern in our home with care and even went the extra mile by sweeping around the house to clear cobwebs once the job was done. A follow-up visit is already scheduled To ensure everything is working, how it should. Overall, it was a great experience especially considering the not-so-great issue we were dealing with!

Lloyd does a great job. They are very thorough, and they always remind me a week in advance of when they will be here so that I can meet them. They always ask if there are problems or anything new, and our technician, Devonne always takes the time to explain what he is using and how it works. He even keeps a map of where he has treated things so that he can revisit them on the next visit. Everything is so professional.

Our service provider, Nicholas Brannon is great!! He communicates when he's coming by, asks if there are any areas that need tending to, and he has great customer service.

We have had pest control companies in the past and it is safe to say Jose is the best technician we have ever had. He’s professional, prompt, extremely pleasant, very knowledgeable, honest (no upswell) and helpful. So glad he was assigned to our account. Update to my prior comment: It’s been a while, We’ve been assigned a new technician, Justin. Turns out he’s cut out of the same mold as Jose. Couldn’t be happier with the service. As if great service wasn’t good enough, we just had a drywood termite problem in our exposed architectural beams addressed by Lloyd Pest Control. The problem was quickly identified by Quentin, who quickly scheduled a service technician, Rudy, to treat the termite problem. Both gentlemen were outstanding. Rudy left the area, immaculate, and repainted the beams in the areas where he had performed the repair work. Could not be happier with the service.

We used them to tent and fumigate the house. They offered yearly inspections at a fair price. He, the inspector, came today and provided the yearly inspection. He was willing to check all areas which includes under the house and attic. He explained areas of concern due to dry rot. He was very thorough and knowledgeable about their services.
