Always great service. They send a text letting you know the day of the week you are scheduled and follow up with a phone call to let you the approximate time. The service techs are always friendly and very thorough.

Brandt was very polite, he wanted to know about the issue that was going on with a big smile. He said I'll take care of it and afterwards he made sure we were satisfied with everything before he left. Wishing him a nice rest of the day. I highly recommend him. Great job!!

Jonathan, my tech, was terrific. He texted to let me know he was about 15 minutes away and to make sure I knew he was coming. He got my house treated quickly and made sure all gates were closed behind him.

We used this company to spray our house for various pests, and for the most part it seems to work. We also had termite bait put in and the service tech came on the scheduled time and got it done quick. I knocked the rating down to 4 stars due to scheduling issues on another matter. We’d noticed ants in a bedroom of our home and all along our front porch. We called them back and they were glad to come back out to spray on the following Tuesday. They gave us a time, however they never showed back up and we did not receive a call. We called the next day and they said they would move it up to Thursday, the next day. Once again on Thursday, no one came and we received no call. We called the company back on Thursday evening and they said they would need to reschedule us again. So there are some kinks in communication with the customer call part of the business and the service techs. A call to let us know they would not be able to come would have been appreciated and understood. Despite this issue, all the techs that we have met so far have been professional and they get the work done in a timely matter. We had no issues with the termite service that we scheduled, so we highly recommend for that service. That’s the main reason for 4 stars.

Jeremy did a great job today! He was very thorough and also quite patient when I asked him to wait to be able to access an area to spray due to an unforeseen circumstance. His friendliness and professionalism never wavered. Very impressive Jeremy! And Thanks!

Jeremy was extremely nice and professional. Typically I only have them spray on the exterior but due to the recent humidity and rain I have noticed a few spiders on the interior. When I requested for him to spray on the interior he did not hesitate and he was extremely nice and professional. He also sprayed inside the garage as well without hesitation. Great people and a great company!

Jonathan was extremely professional introducing himself as this was my first service with Lookout. He was sure to double check the services I was receiving, he performed said service in a professional and timely fashion. He let me know when he was finished and inquired if I was in need of any other services. I am certain that my former provider - of 25 years- made a wise choice in choosing Lookout to care for his customers! I look forward to another 25 years as a Lookout customer. : )

Tyler was very thorough and knowledgeable. This was our first inspection/treatment since we bought our house a year ago. He answered all of our questions readily and informed us how to best care for our house to prevent termites. This gave me great confidence in what we paid for. Highly recommend!

This is our second round of general pest control and both times have been great! Tristan has been my tech both times and I can’t speak loud enough for his customer service. He is so personable and respectful. I hope to have Tristan every time! Granted I have not had a bad experience with anyone at lookout pest control but I have grown very fond of Tristan!

Jonathan is a very friendly, personable & respectful young man. I don't just feel like "an address" to him, but like a valuable customer. He always goes the extra mile to make sure that we get the service that we need for our location. His communication is excellent, always personally letting me know when he is coming & working with us when we have specific needs. Jonathan is a pleasure to work with & we are leased with his services.

Tyler did our annual inspection this morning. He was very polite and properly identified himself. He then performed his inspection and was very thorough and professional. After the inspection he explained everything he had checked under and around our house. He assured us that everything was fine and as it should be. No signs of termites, vermin or fungus. No signs of water leak or any other problem. Very pleased with his inspection.

Daryl K was very professional and detailed with his inspection. He provided awesome customer service to me. I missed his first 2 calls, he had left the area but adjusted his business schedule to accommodate me. I’m thankful his service attitude.
