Been using this company for about 13 years and never had one issue. Recently upgraded my termite system and D was great! He is very personable and friendly. Highly recommend these guys!

I don't know how the staff and all are but I've read the reviews and they're helpful. Take this under consideration: from now on have every customer pay the invoice for service, book a service by calling or online, and other services online. The reason behind this is to save the trees, environment, polluting, reduce cluttered papers, etc. GEAUX GREEN!

We had new termite traps installed and a new termite contract done for our entire house. Louisiana Pest was kind, helpful, and up front throughout the entire process. From start to finish - top notch.

The worker explained everything he was going to do to prevent roaches. So far, I have not seen any roaches since he sprayed very nice young man.

Possibly more of a reflection of an individual rather than the whole company BUT - just about the bottom of the barrel as far as customer service goes. I ended up asking the gentleman to leave my property after he became argumentative and dismissive of each point I raised (I've never had to be such a "Karen" but it was pretty bad). I could tell from the moment he pulled up that he did not think he needed to be here - and this is a Supervisor. He did not answer basic questions I had about the termite bait stations and when asked to step through a logical question he refused and simply stated "I am a professional". As he was getting into his truck I stated that this was a terrible customer service experience to which he yelled back across my driveway, "you're a terrible person". So throw a personal attack on top of it all. Will be promptly moving my business to Fox Pest Control who are polite and more customer oriented. To the management: As someone who deals in customer service frequently, a qualified technician is not always your best bet for customer interactions. He may very well be a great tech, but he needs a class or two. Elements he missed completely are: empathy, problem solving, communication, active listening, patience, positive attitude, and CRM.

Services came with my new build. Happy with the establishment of a company. So much to do when you move.

My initially thought was a little weary due to some communication disconnects, but I am pleased with the actual service and follow up. They treated my property well. And showed up when they said they would.

I got a quote for a preventative termite bait stations for my home during swarm season and Hank was very helpful. He made sure that I was only getting the treatment that made sense because other companies were wanting to sell me on so many other unnecessary services.
