After the first meeting and pest treatment, I have been raving about their overall knowledge and professionalism and friendliness to all my friends, family, and coworkers. I used to be a Green Mango customer but noticed their quality and customer service has gone down since being bought out by a corporation. So I decided I wanted to try something local and more of a family owned company. Lunar, keep doing what you’re doing and customers are going to flock to you! I am very impressed with this company. My service team came out very quickly and got to work ASAP. Jacki and Levi were so professional and knowledgeable. I used them for roof rats so they had to come out many times to check the traps. I trusted them to come and go as they needed with no supervision. They were very respectful of the property and arrived exactly as scheduled. Communication via text was great. They spent a lot of time rodent proofing my attic, roof and home so I feel very confident in their work. They caught several rats over a week’s time and I’m super pleased with this experience. I have been using Lunar for a year now and they always do a great job and communicate when they will be arriving for my appointment. Today I received a call from my tech, Jacquie because she was having an issue with getting my gate closed. This wouldn't seem like an issue to most but she saw I had a doggie door on my property and called to see if there was a pet in the home as she was worried about the potential for them to get out. Not only did she offer to place something against the gate to keep it shut, but she found a screw in her bag and re-attached my gate latch. This is the definition of above and beyond!
