Today I had the opportunity to meet Landon, who is an employee with Mack’s pest control. Landon was very professional and friendly. He came into my apartment And sprayed every area. I really appreciate his upbeat and respectful manner. Many times it is hit or miss when vendors or different people have to come inside of your home to fulfill a service. My apartment complex paid for the service so I don’t know what the price was but it doesn’t seem like I can post my review without choosing something!

Shawn is absolutely amazing! He always takes great care of our community ant Catawba Apartments and goes above and beyond to make sure every unit is treated properly. He’s professional, friendly, and always follows up to ensure the job is done right. Our residents really appreciate his consistency and positive attitude. Thank you, Shawn, for always keeping our property in great shape we truly value your hard work and dedication!

Had Rob, Landon, and Sean. All have been fantastic. Do a very thorough application. The CS also has been very good as far as scheduling. Keep up the good work.

Landon is our pest control provider for our property, Groves at Peach Orchard. He is such a joy to work with! Our residents compliment him all the time on how pleasant he is, how professional and knowledgeable. We love seeing him when he comes into the office, he gets extra brownie points for calling us prior to his arrival as well. Groves loves Landon and we hope to have him every time!

My community switched to Macks a little over a year ago and we love them. Landon has been here often- he is so very efficient and friendly with my Apartment Residents, he is super knowledgeable and again, the residents love him! Never had a complaint and we’d have him here each week if we could!
