I've been a loyal McCall Pest Control customer for several years now, and I've never been disappointed. The quality of their service is consistently top-notch. Today, Hector was the technician who visited, and he was wonderful. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to address all my concerns. It's a great feeling to have a company you can trust to get the job done right every time.

I have never been more impressed with a person that has come to my home to do any type of work than I am with Mr Williams. His knowledge and expertise were very impressive. I have had other pest control people over the years to come but no one has ever explained the issues that I was dealing with better than Mr Williams. Not only did he explained about the bugs but me having a better understanding makes me realize how it important it is not to just use some spray thinking that would take care of the problem. Also, I love that the products they use are friendly to the environment. I had used McCall Pest Control a couple of years ago but the personal caring and knowledge simply wasn’t there. Please send Mr Williams when it time for any follow up or future treatments of my home.

Highly recommend for pest control service. I initially started service due to roach infestation but within a week, there was an improvement! I have kept the quarterly service and I barely see any bugs, pests. Highly satisfied and my technician Hernan is the best. He makes sure he addresses any concerns I have. I had called to have MIGUEL back, because he truly is a professional! I was super worried when they said he wasn’t working this area for a little while 😳 To my surprise MIGUEL WAS BACK🖤 Miguel knows our home and family (6) Bedrooms (5) bath, two levels, screened in pool/patio, lots of family cohabitating (means lots of personalities) AND he does it effortlessly! Hector was an excellent technician - he showed us everything he was doing and answered all questions. He was also just a super nice guy! Thank you Hector! This review is long overdue. McCall's has provided us five-star service for more than two years, and Herman has been our technician for most or all that time. He is intelligent, clean, and courteous. He does thorough and excellent work with intentionality. We are blessed to have Herman as our technician and our friend.

I called 2 days prior to them coming out due to seeing some activity around the house. They were quick to respond, even though I told them it wasn’t an emergency. They call when they are on their way and are very thorough. They seem like they are always there to assist when needed.
