Michael is outstanding --second to none! I wouldn't work with anyone else. He explained exactly what the process consisted of- very knowledgeable in his profession, showed up on time, was extremely polite & courteous. Everyone I spoke to were very nice.; especially Chrissy. If you have pest control in the area you need to switch to Meerkat! We had three separate providers and they are NOTHING compared to Meerkat! Not only do they show up on time and perform an excellent service, they also provide a service to seal up the exterior to actually PREVENT them from coming inside. Luke and Myk were amazing and went above and beyond to keep the critters OUT of our house. Unlike the other providers who just put traps and bait in your house to invite more pests, these guys actually mean it when they say "pest control" not "pest maintenance"! We wasted money for years with terrible service and unknowledgeable staff. There was even a part of our house that other providers completely missed and Meerkat found a section where mice were constantly getting in. Now it is finally sealed up and I haven't seen a mouse in weeks. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Joe was very personable, but refused to go into the attic to check for the 'critter' noises and the ant nest ( he said the entrance was too small) Also, he was not aware that I use organic spray, only, as I have a rare immune problem and can not be around chemicals. He did not move furniture in the house to check behind for 'critters' where I heard them. He sprayed around the house moving furniture on my porch but did not put the furniture back. I am a 70 woman who lives alone with polymyalgia rheumatica which limits lifting and movement. For this amount of money. I kinda think your representatives should be aware. As you are an exterminator, I expect critters and bugs to be exterminated!
