Provided an okay service for an okay price. Then one day I had an issue that required attention, so I called in. I kept getting a call center instead of anyone who could help, then the owner of the company called me back and berated me for daring to leave a message at the call center as that costs him money. Then he accused me of calling their office all the time every month, which absolutely never happened. Weird company apparently run by an ill-informed egomaniac with zero customer service skills or tact.

As a homeowner for the last 9 years, I can’t tell you how many times I thanked my lucky stars that someone recommended Metro Pest to me and I decided that this is an area of home care I’m going to get ahead of and delegate to the pros. I signed up for their VIP services even though, as new homeowners, we were broke and didn’t need another monthly bill. Since then, I can tell you I smile ear to ear anytime I see that autopay bill, and it’s one I feel great paying. The amount of care, support, and attention Josh gives our home is truly second to none. I am a very skittish person with bugs. Not only has our home just truly NEVER had a bug in it- except for a beetle by the window- this is not an exaggeration- because of their quality of products- but it’s their attention to our property that is truly hard to find these days. When they say there are extras in being in their VIP program…they mean it. Josh has made himself available SUPER short notice and taken care of ANYTHING i need, big or small, night or day, time and time again. He is such a wonderful person who truly cares about Metro Pest customers being satisfied and happy. If you are his boss reading this, give this man a raise. You have no idea how many people I have recommended Metro Pest to because of Josh’s presence as our ‘pest guy’. He takes time out of his day to chat with my kids (and answer their endless questions with patience), he knows my dog, and also knows our flow and when to come, how we’d want him to spray and when, etcetra. I know he absolutely takes us as individuals into consideration when planning his routes and times. This is a LOCAL COMPANY! So if there is something they’ve noticed in other homes near you, they let you know about it and hit your house too! A good example is this recent beetle issue. They were ahead of it! And in years it had gotten bad after they sprayed that season, a phone call and they were out immediately. YOU WILL NOT REGRET HAVING A PEST GUY IN YOUR POCKET TO CALL FOR EMERGENCIES. TRUST ME! get the VIP! And thanks Metro Pest for all the years of protecting my home and investment with love and care that is so hard to find in 2023. ❤️

Dave is very knowledgeable and helpful. He was respectful and understanding to my compromised health issues and allergies to wasps and took care of every nest, big and small and even found some that we were unaware of. I called him regarding, what I thought was, a mouse issue but found out it wasn't a mouse issue but a bat issue. He knew exactly what was going on through a conversation and texted pictures. Everything made sense. Smart, professional and reliable. I highly recommend Metro Pest Management for getting great, knowledgeable and personal service.

The tech came the very next day and saw that we indeed had wasps in the eves. They would not have charged us had there been no nest. And we didn't have to sigh up for an annual plan. I would definitely use them again. Great customer service.
