We use a subscription service for quarterly treatment around the house. MightyMight is organized and performs the services without needing reminders. The technicians are courteous and discreet, and they document after the service what they did. We have used the termite service as well with great success of local treatment to avoid tenting the house.

Disappointing Experience for the Price I paid around $2,000 for a basic perimeter termite treatment from Mighty Mite, and the results were underwhelming. The crew finished in under three hours, which comes out to nearly $700 per hour, and the quality didn’t match that rate. They dug a rough trench around our home but made almost no effort to refill it properly—just left a messy pile of dirt surrounding the house. Our landscaping was disrupted, and irrigation piping is now exposed at the surface. For a company charging this much, I expected far more care and professionalism.

I recently had termite work done by MightyMite Termite Services and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Before deciding, I compared quotes from several companies. While MightyMite wasn't the cheapest option, I ultimately chose them because of their professionalism and thoroughness. David De Angelo, the sales manager, stood out from the start. He did a very detailed inspection and took the time to explain everything clearly, which gave me confidence in their approach. In contrast, some other companies sent poorly trained inspectors—or worse, asked me to send them other companies’ reports instead of doing their own inspection. Once I decided to move forward, Alan Banex and his crew arrived right on time and did an excellent job. They were efficient, respectful, and completed everything in a timely manner. From start to finish I have been very happy with Might Mite Termite services. Eric came out and went in our attic and into our crawl space under the house and was very thorough. For the work John and Pedro came out and while under the house cleared out cardboard and debris. Everything was documented and explained in detail. They were on time and courteous. The bid was reasonable! I highly recommend Mighty Mite’s services.

I can't say enough good things about the service provided by Mighty Mite. I contacted them to do free inspections on two properties. Joseph was the inspector assigned to both. I was concerned about a possible outdoor infestation on one property. Joseph took a look and was able to tell that they were not termites and there was no infestation. I appreciated that he did not recommend a service we didn't need. For the other property, we were concerned about an indoor infestation. Joseph looked at the area we identified and confirmed an infestation. Then he checked all around the townhouse, including the balcony, the attic, the patio downstairs, the walkway, and the rest of the indoors. He found several other signs of infestation, including some in the shared patio fence (which they were not legally allowed to address but could lead to another infestation). He gave us an estimate and included time-limited options to reduce the cost. They were able to come out the next day and do the treatment, and they guarantee their work for the next three years. I appreciate the great customer service and value. NOTE: the estimate Mighty Mite provided was more than that of a competitor (Proven Termite Solutions), but the inspector for that company only looked at the one area, and declined to inspect the rest of the property, despite being asked to do so.

I just had the best experience with the Mighty Mite termite guys. I had put off dealing with several active termite infestations for about 30 years, fearing I’d have to tent my two-story house, double-bag my food, relocate 60 houseplants, 3 cats and a turtle, and move out for 3 days. Last week, David came out (arrived on time), was pleasant and professional, and performed a very thorough 1-1/2 hour inspection. He explained every area he was going to inspect, and then clearly described what he found. Good news and bad news: Yes, I had several active areas (many more than those I knew about), but….No, I did NOT have to tent the house. He gave me 2-3 treatment and warranty options and explained the free annual inspections I would get after treatment. Exactly one week later, Jonathan, Brandon, and Chris came out (arrived right on time), explained everything they’d be doing, and got right to work. They were clean, professional and personable. They respected my house and belongings, and cleaned up all areas after treatment. They were done in 4 hours! The entire process was easy; actually enjoyable for me. I would highly recommend Mighty Mite Termite and definitely would recommend the great crew that serviced my house.

In 2016 we noticed some termites and called MightMite. They were great and took care of it fast and efficiently. No tenting required. Fast forward to the end of 2025, almost 10 years later, and we again noticed some activity, but in new places. MM came out again and quickly took care of them. As before, their staff was friendly, courteous, prompt, and efficient. Johnathan and Angel were on time, did not disrupt my work-from-home schedule, and completed the job well within the expected window. Hopefully we won't need their services again for another 10 years, but when we do, MightMite will be our first call.

We had a warranty from MM, something that is certainly helpful to have in our area. We had signs of termites again, and they sent John B. John was so quick, kind, and professional. I hope if we need their services again, they will send John out again!

When we noticed signs of termites, I had several companies conduct inspections and quote treatment. Joseph Guerra from Mightymite came out and did the initial inspection. He was thorough, explained everything he found, including areas of dry rot, and walked me through my options. His manager David further quoted the dry rot repair. After several inspections, it was clear Mightymite was fair, competitive, and gave me the confidence I needed that they could take care of the termites and wood repairs. The wood repairs were done by Jorge, Rudy, Mario, and Rich. They were on time, professional, and very easy to work with. They were thorough, patiently answered my questions throughout the day, and worked through all the damage. I had the termite treatment completed less than a week later by Sean and Angel who were quick and efficient. All-in-all a good experience and I'm glad I went with Mightymite.
