Tried them out after someone came by my door. I didn't really have any problems to start with but I was behind in my usual treatments and figured I'd give Mint a try since there was a satisfaction guarantee . Firstly, the guarantee is that they will come back free of charge to fix any issues, not a cancel whenever as I original thought. That one is on me and they did respond to issues when a group of bees set about making a nest on my patio, they promptly removed the nest. However, I had requested that some areas be omitted from treatment and that some chemicals be avoided, on top of which my yard struggles to be mowed. I never particularly followed up after that and only used them for a few months, but I had odd issues with moths, bees, and wasps in the area and a few spiders around that I suspect should have all been dealt with after a few months but were present. But this is most likely because of my treatment requests instead of letting them treat as they would normally do. Customer service was good otherwise. Would likely recommend if you don't have the issues I had and want someone to just handle treating the house. Personally, ~$100 a month didn't work out.

I have a sanctuary for small dogs with special needs and have used Mint for several years. Since we started their service, we have had no problems with fleas or ticks. Mint has been great! We had it in one town, and when we moved, we thought we could save some money and do without…we were wrong! My wife also has a garden and although they assure us it’s safe, they still listen to her and are careful to not spray in the garden! The sprayers are always pleasant and polite.
