Amazing Military Friendly company! Salim came by exactly when scheduled and answered all my questions. Super friendly and explained everything super well. 10/10 service. The ants have been insane at our house these past few weeks and they were able to fit me in within a day! He was even able to find the nest ! Shoe covering were also appreciated, and I love the text message updates about service/charges/scheduling.

Antonio, from Mission Pest Control, is a very skilled and professional technician with good technical knowledge and excellent customer service. I particularly appreciated that he wore shoe covers while treating the inside of our home, he also took the time to get cob webs that he was able reach. It showed attention to detail and respect for our space. He listened carefully to our concerns, explained the treatment clearly, responded to all our questions, and explained that the spray was safe. He was polite, punctual, and clearly takes pride in his work. He is thorough, and someone I’d recommend.

From the beginning when someone knocked on our door it has been a great experience. We signed up with Mission Pest Control a month ago when we had a bad ant problem. Antonio came out and serviced the home both inside and out. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and really went above and beyond to help answer my questions and give me tips on how to remedy the issue. He just came back and did the follow up, and it was once again beyond thorough. All of the staff have been helpful, prompt, and we are so thrilled with the service. We have recommended them to all of our friends and neighbors.

John was the tech who came out to my house for a termite inspection He was friendly, knowledgeable and explained what he was going to do. Fortunately, things looked good. He helped me set up a termite protection plan. I would definitely recommend.

Jordan hooked me up late in the day on a beautiful Saturday with a great attitude and exceptional customer service. I highly recommend Mission Pest Control! Not only are their service techs (Noah specifically!) knowledgeable and friendly, but they spend more time on my yard removing spider webs than any other service provider I’ve used in the past, including the national chains. I also appreciate that their products last months but that I can call them back for free in between service, if any other issues arise.

I have to say that my experience with Mission Pest Control has been stellar so far, and I’ve only had one service! They were responsive and came out quickly, detail oriented and didn’t try to upsell. Their service is reasonably priced and they even remove spider webs from the house exterior. Also RESULTS DONT LIE! We had a terrible ant problem, and after my initial visit I haven’t seen any ants in our usual problem areas. And pictures also don’t lie…look what I found outside today (attached). Geoff was our technician and he was so sociable and great with the pups too! 5 stars all the way

I’m new to Mission. I came from another company that was getting too comfortable and not doing a good job. I’ve had 4 services with them now annd it depends on the technician you get. The last one I had was kinda lazy (I have cameras, everywhere) and he finished everything in 4 mins, there was spider webs still. Today I had Andrew H. He was great! Spend like 15 mins on my property and even pulled out my patio chairs! Best technician we’ve had, yet!!
