Just wanted to share our experiences with your company. Austin Hayes has been our extermination expert for several years now. He is very thorough in doing his job. He is always willing to answer any of our concerns, drawing on his knowledge of the products your company uses and the methodology of pest control. We regularly recommend your company to others.

Benjamin was professional, polite and timely. The process to get the appointment was not the same experience. They took payment from our landlord before setting a date and told him they would call us. They never called. I had to call them, but they did come the next day. The person that did the booking couldn't answer any questions about if we needed to vacate the premises or not. They didn't set a time they just said they would be here some time. Ben was pleasant and answered all of our questions the day of.

First I’d like to thank Modern Exterminating for responding quickly and providing me with options that best fit my needs. Josh called before coming and answered all my questions. He came over and was super friendly! He helped reassure my wife that everything was safe for our family, mainly our baby girl. He explained what we might see and what we can do to help keep the bugs away along with his spraying. Super pleasant experience and I highly recommend Josh!

My experience with Modern Exterminating was great! Austin was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the extermination and what I should expect. He was thorough as he sprayed outside and inside, even spraying the wasps that had set up house in my front porch light. He was also very personable which is always a bonus. When I used Terminix, they were 3 x more expensive and I never really saw them. On top of that, they continued to bill me when my contract expired past the first year. Again, they were charging me exorbitant fees for something I had not extended and I never saw them at my house, nor got a phone call that they were still “treating” the outside. Modern Exterminating was thorough in explaining what I can expect from them over the next year at a very reasonable price quarterly. I’m extremely happy with my choice this time!

Just moved to the area and have so far had a great experience with Modern Exterminating. They provided a prompt and reasonably priced termite assessment on my new home while still in the buying/closing stages, and we have since transitioned to use them for our pest control. Even since our initial treatment, we have noticed a huge difference in the bugs/pests around our home. They have also been more than happy to answer our questions and make sure that we understand our services. So far just a really great experience.

Modern Exterminating has taken care of our home for about 15 years, through an annual termite protection plan. Always professional, personable, and efficient. Great Service as always. Ray (my Termite Technician) was very thorough. He was very pleasant and is a great representative of the company. He was on time and answered all my questions. I’ve been with them for over 14 years and have no desire or need to look elsewhere.They always take care of me. Ray from Modern conducted a termite inspection at my home. He arrived at the appointed time and conducted the inspection in a professional, knowledgeable mannner. At the conclusion, he provided a verbal summary of the inspection, and I received an emailed written version almost immediately. I am happy to recommend Modern to anyone.
