David is always extremely thorough and so pleasant! He makes great recommendations and shares what I need to consider when needed. I love the technicians but concerned about the price hike. I stay because service is good and haven’t seen a pest since starting years ago! Thank you !

Kevin did a very thorough inspection and explained about the services covered under the plan I bought. He sealed many entry piintscand let me know what else I could do. I reported that I have an odor concern and requested the Earth bag odor removal product but I don't see that on the inspection report. Customer service is checking on this and I've asked that it be placed at 2 week follow up if it hasn't been done. Very helpful Customer Service and technician, Kevin. George did a great job inspecting my home and laying out the details about what he observed from the trap stations in a simple informative way I could follow. Since signing on with modern pest control we have seen a significant drop in rodent damage to our home. The team, especially George, has been nothing but a boon to our lives.
