We had Modern Solutions out today after a recommendation from our son in law who has used them for several years with good results. The price bid was very reasonable and the service person was kind enough to do the treatment immediately. We’ve gotten treatment for insects and rodents inside and out. Brandon from Modern Solutions was kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. We couldn’t be happier!!!

Great service by Modern Solutions! Our technician, Bryant, was very kind, professional, thorough and knowledgeable. We received a call to let us know he was on his way. We’ve been customers for years and have always had great service and effective treatments. The technicians have always listened, taken care of, and given extra attention to any specific problems we’ve had such as wasps under our deck or specific areas where we’ve had spiders. Amy is also very friendly and accommodating when scheduling us! Definitely recommend Modern Solutions.

Modern solutions is awesome to work with! Very easy to get a hold of and will work with your schedule. They have been spraying our house for about 5 years. If there is every any bugs after the fact they come back immediately and respray. Every person that has came to spray is extremely nice and professional! I called in a panic thinking I had seen a cockroach. Modern Solutions was able to send out Bryant E & Michael the next day. They were so nice and didnt try and sell us on anything. They also confirmed what I thought was a cockroach was just a cricket, I really appreciated their honesty and professionalism. I will definitely be using them in the future and highly recommend!

Was in need of help with outdoor pests wanting to become indoor pests (Asian Beetles and Flies) were the main nemeses we we called Modern Solutions about help with on Wednesday morning, they had Brandon and Kenny here first thing Thursday morning Both the Technicians were Great to work with Friendly and Accommodating and answered any questions or concerns we had after going over different options and being in a rural setting we opted to go with their yearly plan and include the outdoor bait stations for rodent control also.
