I did an event related Mosquito prevention service. The service was done on Tuesday June 3rd. On Tuesday June 5th, when we were setting up our backyard, there was a swarm of mosquitoes on deck as well as several tables we placed. My event was on June 6th. I called on the morning of June 6th to get this rectified before my guests arrive in the evening. The women said she will talk to the manager and get back to me. I got the following email. When I tried calling back, they hung up on me twice. I paid $259 for this service. I didn't complain about the whole yard but significant mosquito activity near hostas in backyard. An hour before my guests arrival I went to Home Depot and got one of those "Cutter moquito prevention" and sprayed on all my plants. That did the trick for the night. Here is the email. Likle yes, it was a one time treatment, but it failed in two days. Like WTF. Highly not recommended. [Edit after their response - above is original review]: If their person responding had bothered to read my review, the service was done on June 3rd exactly how they had suggested. Not on 4th, the way I had asked. So, more than two days were given. Also notice in their email to me that they do not guarantee that service. This is something they could have told me before charging me $259. Also notice the attitude of jumping to blame the customer rather than looking at all the facts first. First "Hello Imad, We just tried to give you a call about your prior service this week, Unfortantely since it was a special 1 time event, we can not guarantee that service. We also wanted to notify you that we would be unable to make it back to the property this week before your event today for any additional treatments. We apologize about this inconvience."

Our technician that just provided our service was outstanding. Very thorough and was very attentive to detail. I watched him perform the treatment and am very satisfied with the service. Looking forward to a mosquito free summer. Thank Mosquito Squad Plus.

Hired for a party. Paid 200 for 1 time spray. Then a big rainfall came a few hours later. When I called for a re spray they gave me the run around and never came back only to email me after the party that they don’t do de sprays! Never hire this company again! 1 star is too many

I provide measurements for these guys. They never pay me on time. Going back three years now. I banned them today. EDIT: Look how deranged these guys are in the follow-up. I am thoroughly glad they are gone.

I have been its customer for 10 years in a row. It is very disappointing. There is a note on my property, indicating avoid my Vegetable bed and flowers. I met the tech, I reminded him about avoiding my vegetables bed and flowers again. Which is a common sense. What I saw from my camera was he literally sprayed on my vegetables. Which drove me nuts! They put my entire family at a risk of poisoning. If I did not see the image, I was planning to harvest those vegetables. The manager called me and said their product is non-toxic!! He might think their product is edible!!!!!!He did say apology. When I ask him how he is going to handle this and told him this is an unforgivable mistake. He hanged up the phone! I thought he would mention anything about the technician training. Which means they just want to cover things up and keep me quiet! Those things might happen again! This is the most terrible part!!!! They don't learn and they don't care about it!

I realize there will be a counter explanation posted by the company after this review. But the facts are after years of great service and communication something has changed. And we are canceling with this company. Yes they do a good job. But in the last 2 weeks we’ve been rescheduled 4 times and they will of course blame us the customer. But the truth is the techs and/or the office haven’t bothered to just communicate with us when things happen. So we are going elsewhere for treatment.
