This summer, we decided to try mosquito squad for the first time. We’ve lived at our house for five years and have never been able to enjoy the evenings in the backyard because of a tremendous amount of mosquitoes. Six times each time I was outside. After having mosquito squad, come out, I saw immediate results. In the entire summer season, I probably only was a bit two or three times Which is definitely manageable. The service mosquito squad provided was excellent. The price was excellent. And more importantly, the communication and customer service was excellent. Both the representative and worker failed me miserably, I expressed to Greg how imperative it was for them to deweb because of my toddler that plays in the back yard. Neither the representative or the worker listened I would like to cancel and be refunded immediately

I have been a customer with Mosquito Squad for 3 years for mosquito service. They will happily reservice my property at no extra charge if there is ever an issue and we notice mosquitoes (which has only happened twice, after rain). Their customer service is the best I have experienced. Specifically, Greg and Bryan have been amazing at being reachable and responsive, usually immediately. They handle any changes with grace and are wonderful with communication and follow through. I have dealt with three other pest control companies over the past few years and decided to consolidate all of my services with Mosquito Squad, specifically due to their customer service in addition to product effectiveness. Luis, our technician, is so friendly, loves my dog, and takes the time to explain treatment and ongoing service, in addition to pointing out areas of the yard needing special attention. I have had only positive experiences and interactions with this company, which I cannot say about others. They always confirm appointments via email and notify arrivals via text, so we have a heads up to close doors and windows and let the dog inside. Dealing with Mosquito Squad is like talking with friends. They truly care that their customers have positive experiences and I cannot recommend them enough.

I had a great experience with technician Luis. He was on time, professional, and explained everything he was doing. Since the treatment, we’ve noticed a huge drop in mosquitoes around our yard—it’s made a big difference! Highly recommend their services.

First visit, so far so good. Made appointment with HQ and selected service. I signed up for mosquito and home barrier. I was informed of what would transpire on the first visit snd then on subsequent ones. I received texts ( my choice) leading up to the first appointment. The technician, Jonathon was on time, friendly, courteous and informative. He applied the product. Now we kick back for a few visits and see how the effective it is. Thank you Ron UPDATE. 09/30/2025 Second visit performed by Louis & Tyler. Louis was the lead technician. They were on time and completely serviced the property. For the first evening this season we did not have mosquito activity ( bites). The former mosquito abatement company we had totally failed to halt the mosquitoes after repeated applications. It is wonderful to be able to sit outside without being eaten alive! Thank you.

Luis and Tyler were extremely knowledgeable and were able to quickly spot the source of my mosquito problem. A clogged drain behind my yard that was accumulating water. This meant so much to me, as my daughter has mosquito allergies. They did an excellent job and I’m so happy I found this company and people who truly care to treat my insect problems.
