Her friendliness made the entire process smooth and stress-free. On the 2 days of service, Nick was on-site and did an excellent job. He has always been efficient, pleasant, and professional. It’s clear he takes pride in his work, and that translates into great results. The product has truly transformed my outdoor experience. I can now enjoy my garden without the constant nuisance of mosquito bites, it’s made such a huge difference in my daily life. Kenneth was our sales rep and Edwin was our technician that installed the system. Both were very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. They got our system put in within a week of the quote, and Edwin did a great job getting the 22 nozzles and tank installed. He got the system installed quickly and without any damage to the house or fence. He even proved tips to ensure we got the best result from the system. All in all, very impressed by the service

Mosquito Nix came to my home yesterday for our monthly visit. It was a new tech so he came to the door and introduced himself. I have used this company for about 20 years. NEVER ONCE have I had a bad experience with them. Their techs have always been friendly, have always been helpful, and have always followed up. It's funny how the universe works that they happened to ask for a review today. As my tech left yesterday I thought to myself, I have never been this satisfied for this long with any service provided to me. I recommend them a million times.

I had technician River came to replace the fence lines and told me the office would charge on my credit card when I offered to give a check. Two months later I received the bill and there was $25 late charge and pending collection. I found the address was spelled wrong on the bill. I called the technician and he explained the whole situation to the service rep Cody and they wanted to waive the late charge. However this lady named Ann Minzenmayer refused to waive the late charge although she knew I had never received the first bill because the address was spelled wrong. This is so unfair. It is disappointing that this company hired such a mean person. I will not go to you any more for how you treated your customer.

Great experience. Chris was involved with the installation on my first house installation and led the installation on my second house. He did a very neat job on both houses and I am very impressed with the system. Both Jason, Sales rep., and Chris are first class and I highly recommend MosquitoNix.

I have only had my misting system for a month, but the mosquites are way better. I live near a river so I was surprised with how soon I saw results. James was the tech who came to do our 21 day service and he was great. He kept me informed on his expected arrival time and once he arrived. He answered my questions thoroughly and patiently. I missed his call when he finished but he left a detailed voicemail and also sent a text. I am super pleased!
