I had an outstanding experience with Alec, who proved to be both incredibly professional and genuinely kind. He offered us valuable insights and advice while efficiently addressing our needs around the house. What impressed me even more was his willingness to patiently answer all of our questions. The exceptional customer service began from the very first call, where I was greeted by a friendly team that presented various options tailored to fit my budget. This level of personal touch was a refreshing contrast to other companies I contacted, which felt robotic and impersonal. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in need of their services!

5 star for the guys (technicians) they do a really good job, 2 years with moxie. Today, Carl came to do the quarterly maintenance it's his second time at my house and he does a really good job, a friendly guy and knowledgeable person. My only issue with Moxie is that sometimes they move my schedule or reschedule my quarterly maintenance when I have already schedule what works for me. Moxie needs to respect the customer schedule. Otherwise, is a good pest control company.

We had service provided by Chris A who was impressively cordial. After introducing himself he asked if there were any concerns we wanted him to take care of besides the usual pest inspection. He followed through with what we asked for and did a great job.

I’ve been with Moxie since 2023 and all field experts have been phenomenal. Chris A. Serviced our home today and took extra time to address our concerns including options for optimal results. Would like to have him come back for future appointments.

Great customer service from the beginning. I was a bit hesitant to hire them but I am glad I did. All staff have been very helpful and friendly. Travis did a great job, he truly inspected my home and provided feedback to avoid further issues. All in all, 10 out of 10 so far.

Jorge always does an exceptional job when he comes to service my house. He’s always very thorough and always answers any questions I may have. Moxie Pest Control has some of the best technicians. I’m glad to be a customer and they always provide great service.

Just got our MOXIE’s quarterly home pest maintenance treatment by Jorge who was excellent! ~ I mention this ‘now’ because there has been a vast improvement in both MOXIE’s scheduling & notification system! ~ Jorge was very knowledgeable, courteous & professional! I hope we can get him the next time also! We’ve tried several other companies & found that MOXIE is the best performing & has very affordable pricing! Now that they have upgraded their front office systems you should definitely give them a serious consideration 👍

Alec was super friendly, informative and helpful. He called ahead and made sure we were good to go. He was doing a deep pest control and I needed to be out. He made sure I knew when I could go back in and even asked what if any lights he should leave on for me.

Elijah arrived on-time for our annual maintenance of termite bait stations. He was very friendly, competent and thorough in his activities. I was particularly impressed by the care he demonstrated in working around our landscaping and in recovering each station’s lid.
