    Started with "Joashua Pest Control" and I guess they got bought out or just disguised with a new brand. It wasn't great but it got worse with "Moxie". The tech just does not care about the problems. They do a quick in and out spray around the house and leave as fast as possible. We still have tons of mosquito in the summer We still have spider webs all over the exterior and roof We still have ants Our last visit was September 2025. I cancelled my account after that because I don't see much value in keep feeding into a service that doesn't work. They sent a tech out again for a "complimentary follow-up" and guess what they didn't even bother sweep the spider webs this time. Worst of the worst, today I noticed carpenter ant damage on my roof when I was cleaning the leaves. So I emailed this company because their report shows carpenter ants were targeted for treatment during their September visit. (they either did not do it or the treatment did not work) They had a sales guy call me trying to get me into a new subscription because as of now I'm no longer a customer, even after paying for almost 2 years of services. So I said no because clearly they don't care about what I have been paying as a customer and only want more money from me. Right after I hang up the phone, they have the audacity to send me a new agreement to "review and sign". Stay away from this company.

    Zach came out today to take care of our quarterly pest control. We also had a situation dealing with the ants climbing the gutters searching for food in our bedrooms after we had a storm. He took care of that situation in a jiffy. He is very well spoken, smart and knows his job, he listens to the customer and makes sure they are satisfied with his work. I had dogs out and he didn’t mind them in the least. My son was amazed by his hair style and wanted to copy him which made my day even better seeing my son so interested in a hairstyle. Zach was like a great technician and I would love for him to be my technician again.

    Updated: 09/19/25, Glendon came out to re-inspect today. He found 3 bait stations needing re-fill and identified a location that should have had a station placed. I appreciated his professionalism and follow-up. FRAUD. received a bill for "annual termite inspection" for $500. I was not home at the time so looked at video footage. The "inspector" was there for 2 minutes and missed several stations (updated, actually did not inspect any according to the follow-up). When confronted, they asked for video footage. Sent to them and now they are cowards and always promise to have a supervisor call me back, but they havent yet. Refund my money! Update, had an appointment for re-inspection between 8am-12pm on 09/17/25. Notified at 1:30 he was on his way. Hmmm, perhaps a bigger issue within Moxie.

    Couldn't recommend this company less from my personal experience. The salesman was dishonest in multiple ways, and I unfortunately didn't catch these lies until after having signed up and having them spray the house initially. Even after having two separate coats, the spider problem did not get any better, and I would possibly even say its gotten worse. Do not use this company. Even though it was clearly explained to them that their salesman was misleading people, it didn't change anything in terms of being charged a cancellation fee. As mentioned in a previous review that I read before writing this one, it seems that the company prioritizes contracts/profits over honesty/integrity.

    Avoid This Company – Misleading Sales Tactics and Poor Customer Service A door-to-door salesman assured me mosquito protection was included in the service, which was the only reason I signed up. That service was never provided. When I reached out, it took several days to get in touch with a manager. Despite explaining I was misled, they still charged me a $475 cancellation fee. This company prioritizes contracts over honesty. I highly recommend avoiding them due to their deceptive practices and lack of integrity.
