Hi, I noticed numerous webs and several wasp nests in roof eaves, garage door, front and rear porch and gazebo (I had specifically requested the webs be taken down from the gazebo area). Sales person assured they would be swept and taken down. Unfortunately, I cannot give a positive feedback at this time. Sorry.

Terrible experience with Moxie Pest Control. I signed a 12-month agreement on 5/24 and had 4 technician visits in less than 2 months — and I was still seeing ants, spiders, and other bugs around my yard and house. Their technicians barely did the work. One even showed up with a zip-lock bag of granules, stayed just 10 minutes (confirmed by security cameras), and skipped most of the yard. I had to explain the same issues multiple times, and even direct the techs myself. That’s not what I’m paying for. Despite poor service and no results, they still charged me $387.10 to cancel — even though I called twice for warranty work and gave them multiple chances. Customer service and their account manager Vickie was dismissive and unhelpful. The pics attached are the ant mount I had to treat after the 4th tech came out. Save your money. Don’t sign up with Moxie. I have also filed a complaint with BBB. If you want to see their response to my complaint, all correspondence is now on the BBB page.

This crew. No words, exceptional!!!!!! Like I have no words to say about these young men. Give them all a raise- they’re AMAZING. The customer service is out of this world. They did the removal swiftly and cleaned up better than my OCD mother! Our sales man logan was amazing soooo informative personal and explained the issue in depth without being pushy. 5 stars recommend.

Moxie shows up with barely a 30-minute heads up and calls it notice. They claim to offer a warranty, but what’s the point if the pest issue never changes? All it does is waste your time while nothing gets fixed. Canceling is even worse — they want to charge 80% of the contract, which is unreasonable given their pushy sales tactics. I only wanted a one-time service, but was told that wasn’t available. They had me sign a contract they already initialed for me without letting me read it, assuring me it was a “discount.” They’ve been to my home four times in a month and the pests are still here. Their answer is always, “call us back if you still see bugs.” I don’t want my property sprayed every week — I don’t even know how healthy that is. And don’t trust these reviews. They pressure you to write one on your first visit — I was even told, “that’s how the tech gets paid.” The people are nice, but the service is terrible. You end up paying for something that never gets resolved.

He was professional and courteous from the start, introducing himself at the door and making sure to ask if there was anything specific I wanted him to focus on. He really listened, understood my request, and took care of everything exactly as asked. Before leaving, he even checked in to make sure I was satisfied. Excellent service—very thoughtful and thorough!

Paid well into 5 digits for “the works” on a rodent damage attic renovation and objectively got ripped off. We had dealt with rat issues on and off, got sold on health concerns and this service being turnkey/as thorough as it gets. I put 8+ hours into managing these crews because all the urgency of health/importance of getting ALL the feces etc out/disinfecting only applied to the point of sale. The first crew missed so much that the second crew put almost an entire day into vacuuming and disinfecting areas that were apparently “good to go”. This only happened because I brought it up. After the service, we started hearing movement in the attic again after a month or two. This ~turn key service~ only has a warranty if you pay them additionally for general pest control services. I ate $200 to cancel my other pest control just to qualify for a poorly executed reinspection. We were assured there were no rats, possible squirrels. Traps were set, tech stepped through the ceiling because he was working up there without the light on. About two weeks after that, heard noise again and personally caught a live rat in the attic. Requested yet another reinspection. They sent someone today who only does simple services and was not permitted to do ~any~ of what we had requested for today’s visit including a reinspection. The level of communication and service we have received considering the astronomical cost should be illegal. I caved to a good salesman largely because I’m in the middle of cancer treatment and needed this issue to just go away. Could not recommend the large services with Moxie any less. We probably overpaid by at least 5k and that’s for the quality of work that I had to literally force out of them.

We have a known rodent issue in our attic and uncertain how to get rid of them. Logan with Moxie, did a free inspection. He was informative and very knowledgeable, patiently addressing all my questions and concerns- I had many. Outlined a resolution step by step plan along with varying options. The pricing is surprisingly reasonable. Everything 100% guaranteed for a lifetime. Work will happen as early as tomorrow. Will update after completion. So far, i feel really good about Moxie taking care of our family.
