Had our first service today! Our technician was Xander. Great attitude and very polite. He even came back a second time in the same day to spray my garage because I didn’t hear him knock. He was very thorough and shared his knowledge with me as well as advising that is normal to see more activity after the initial spray but that they will come back in 30 days to retreat so that should resolve any additional issues.

Octavio is an amazing field expert! He was so professional and knowledgeable. He was quick, awesome to chat with, and even saved me from a frog that was about to hop into my house as we were talking! I would recommend he receive a promotion or even a much larger tip/raise.

Good. We did not have him do the inside spraying due to small children in the house. We were still charged for that service. I also knew the first service was charged at $119 but this service was charged at $159. The sales presentation was done standing at our front door on an iPad. I know I signed everything thing but was hard to tie it all together. If you are given this presentation as for all the documents before you sign all of them. The service has been good I just think we are paying more than I expected.

Corey was exactly what I hope for when receiving a service. He was so nice, professional, quick, efficient, and answered all of my questions. He did a great job, and so far we are very satisfied with Moxie.

Xander and Garrett did an exceptional job presenting their services one day and then servicing my property the very next day. Very professional, thorough, kind and saved me a significant amount of money compared to the other provider I used to use. Highly recommend!

Cameron was very professional & explained the process well. He called as he was leaving Indy so gave me plenty of notice ahead for his arrival. I have 2 house dogs, he explained the importance of keeping them out until the spray dries, was genuine & very thorough.

We haven't been serviced for awhile and the same cobwebs have been on our porch since summer. I requested Mikhail to wait for me to get home at 3 to give him access to out buildings and interior of house. I received notice as I was pulling on our road that he had left. Service is never when we are home. I may have to locate a new provider.

Excellent Service! Anthony did an outstanding job! He was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable about every aspect of pest control. He took the time to explain what he was doing, answered all my questions, and made sure the entire property was treated thoroughly. I really appreciated his attention to detail and how respectful he was of my home and pets. You can tell he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about his customers. Moxie is lucky to have him on their team. Highly recommend!

Anthony was so kind and thorough. We’d accidentally left our dog out, and Anthony was able to call us and patiently waited for us so he could service our backyard, and at 6pm on a Saturday! Anthony was great and we’ve been very happy with our Moxie service

Robert came out to do our quarterly service. He was friendly and did a good job. I loved that he was very careful to make sure the gate was latched when he was finished so my two fur babies couldn't get out.
