Pedro Lopez was our tech. He literally risked his life by knocking over (and spraying dead) three of the largest wasp nests that were hiding very high up in our rooftop overhangs. His approach was methodical and he was just fearless! After those dramatic moments he just went on with fully treating the entire house like he wasn’t a conquering hero! We kept thanking him and he nonchalantly said it was his job. Well Sir, job well done Pedro!…our family of six plus dog are experiencing time on our porches without bees in our faces.

Michael Hall was the technician that came out to service my house. He was very thorough and answered all of my questions. He did a fantastic job inside my house and outside. He was very personable and I really enjoyed chatting with him while he worked! I’m sure I slowed him down but I always have questions and he was able to explain them all. I am new to Moxie and have already told several people about it in fact, my daughter has already signed up to use their company. I am very pleased and I look forward to a long relationship with Moxie. Thank you so much!

Scott Stephenson was absolutely amazing. He came out and reserviced my home, he took the time to explain needs and proactive measures as well are showing me areas that could be entryways. He was great and really did a wonderful job. He made me feel so much better and informed!! Thanks Scott!!!

Dan did an excellent job, he actually showed up early. Was extremely pleasant and nice to talk to, very informative and helpful. He answered all of my questions and was happy to walk through the house with me while covering any areas that I was concerned with and also going above and hitting spots that I didn't realize would be needed. His customer service skills are pretty phenomenal. I hope this review doesn't set the bar too high for him! Also, this all took place on a Saturday! (Saturdays fill up quick so you have to order in advance but it was worth the wait which was only about a week and a half I think)

This was my initial time using moxie’s pest service. There was a little mix up with the showtime, but after discussing with Andrew and Amanda it was worked out and Corwin was sent over as my technician. I was completely impressed with Corwin’s knowledge and communication. He was very detailed and explained what he was doing. He ensured every web was taken down and made sure our problem areas were addressed. Keep up the great job Moxie and Corwin we look forward to working with you to keep pests out of our home.

Late or last minute notifications for service reminders (even bold enough to notify you of service the day of and hours before.) Sentricon service removal took place yesterday without any notification and the technician left a bunch of holes around my home where the stations were. Canceling was a pain but glad to know how they operate after they gain up as a customer.

Moxie is the best. Andre came out for the first time to check my Sentricon system and did a very thorough job. He was super friendly and let my dog tag along. Very happy with the service.

OUR BUG PROBLEM HAS GOTTEN EXPONENTIALLY WORSE SINCE WE HAVE BEEN USING THIS COMPANY. Their sales person showed up at my door almost 2 months ago. We declined their offer multiple times stating that we didn't want to pay any big upfront costs or cancellation fees and that for the cost they were asking each quarter, I could buy very good pest control equipment and chemicals myself. Eventually the sales guy dropped the upfront cost and said they didn't have any fees to cancel and cut my monthly to about $20/month. So I agreed. After the first time they came by we saw a much larger insect presence, we knew this would sometimes happen so we waited and it continued. We called to get a free service for them to come back. After that nothing really changed. So we gave it a few more weeks. They just came back out for their 2nd scheduled service (3rd time for us) and threw granules around in the yard and then packed up and left. While mowing last weekend I saw 15-20 ant hills throughout my yard. Took pictures of multiples of them. This is the second time we had a bug infestation out in the yard that was magnitudes worse than it had ever been. I sent pictures and asked to cancel my service as it was not doing anything and it actually seemed to be even worse than before. This is when I was told I would have to pay a $101 Early cancellation fee to cover the initial cost that they didn't charge me for the first service. The same thing that I said I didn't want to sign up because I didn't want to pay for that. Unfortunately my doorbell camera doesn't go back that far and I didn't save it because I was naive to trust this place. Save yourself a massive headache and your money and DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. At this point I can only assume the reviews are paid for. Because we were douped by them a long with all the people that left bad reviews that had similar issues with MORE bugs. I have more ants, spiders, crickets, beetles, hell I even had a praying mantis in my yard 2 days ago. Bugs in my house and my sidewalk and driveway and all through the yard. Nothing has improved, but I guess I will be using their unlimited free return services to have them come out and spread more snake oil around my yard.
