Giovanni was absolutely fantastic! He was professional, thorough, and very pleasant to work with. He explained everything clearly and made sure every detail was taken care of. It’s clear he takes pride in his work, and it shows. Moxie Pest Control is lucky to have such a great technician on their team — we truly appreciate his outstanding service!

Moxie took care of our ant and wasp problem completely. Within two days the ants were gone and we could sit on our deck without having to swat an ant off every other second. The wasp problem we had the year before never even became an issue. Their field agents are always super friendly and actually helpful. And, if you’ll pardon the crudeness, they never look like they just escaped an asylum or walked over from the local meth lab. Always clean and put together despite working a physical job, often in the heat. Probably not the biggest issue, but I never worry about them being at my house if I’m not there. I also appreciate that their products aren’t toxic chemicals and I don’t have to worry about my pets. The agent who was here most recently, Katherine, was very nice and took care to not treat close to where I had the barbecue grill going. Probably wouldn’t have hurt anything, but it was an incredibly courteous thing to do without prompt. A+ for Katherine. So in summary, they do what I need, aren’t intrusive, reasonably priced, and their people are friendly. If there’s a downside, I haven’t found it.

KATHERINE was on time and did a great job. Very nice and professional. Moxie seemed a little difficult to deal with in the beginning but after a couple months they are great and professional and I do recommend their services. They have kept our pests under control.

Moxie came out and sprayed today for the first time today. Katherine was our field technician, and she was so friendly and she did a very thorough job. Moxie has been wonderful to work with so far and I look forward to continuing to use them this year

My wife and I were out for lunch and when we returned, Corey was just finishing up his task of filling our rodent bait traps! He approached us with a professional attitude and apologized for blocking our driveway, but there was still room for us to get by. His friendly smile and quick service made a real impression on us! Started moxie pest control earlier in 2025 due to being impressed by the sales teams impressive drove. Since this I have gotten awesome service from the team that comes out and provides the at home service. John among others that have been out are courteous and professional. We have had really great experiences with Moxie. All the service members are professional, honest and all around good people. We have enjoyed working with them. Most recently, Aaron did an atric inspection which I did not realize was included in our services but we are glad he did!

My encounters with Moxie are always positive. Matt was fantastic. Friendly, knowledgeable, informative, and respectful. He asked if I had any concerns. I told him I had seen a few insects coming in with the fall chill, and requested he spray inside the house. He wrapped up the treatment by informing me what he did, and wished me a pleasant day.
