Today a technician from Moxie came to do my quarterly house treatment. His name is Jourdan. He went above and beyond. He was very professional. He also took out three wasp nests. He also took a picture of a black widow. I was very impressed with him.

We’ve had a few different techs come out to treat the house and they have all been very professional and kind. Explained in terms we could understand and grasp the concept of what the products did since we have small children. Never once did I feel like the job was rushed or done half way. My household had been very satisfied with the customer service and quick response time when we need them to come out for a service because something was spotted crawling around. Highly recommend

Terry was very professional and friendly! We spoke before he started and I mentioned an ant issue which he addressed. After he completed the service he went over the extra steps taken regarding the ant issue. I was very impressed with his professionalism and pleasant personality! A very good emissary for Moxie.

Keivon Ramsey provided excellent service. He was very polite and professional throughout the visit. He contacted us before arriving, which we appreciated. He thoroughly completed his work outside and then took the time to ask if we needed any additional service. He was attentive to our needs and made sure everything was taken care of. Jorge was very helpful today. He came back for my warranty. The wasps had returned. He asked me to move my car so that the wasp spray he applied to the wasp remover pole would not harm my paint finish on my car. He walked around the house to make sure there were no other wasps nests around the house. He was thorough. He showed be all the dead wasps. Hopefully, I won’t be seeing the wasp anymore.

Caleb came out on the same day to treat the yard. He explained everything clearly, and worked quickly and efficiently. Great customer service. Recommend using them 10/10

The techs who come out to provide service are very professional, courteous and thorough. The organic treatments are effective and provide peace of mind that pets and kids are not exposed to any toxins. I've had some issues in the past with the main office not always providing advance notice of a scheduled service, sometimes resulting in a scramble. However, they are very accommodating anytime I do need to reschedule.

George was attentive to my concerns. He went above and beyond to ensure the best quality service was provided. Once he was finished he fully explained everything he did and how it will prevent the same issues from happening again. I am grateful and very satisfied.

Christopher was nice and friendly. I had asked him when he was done to let me know and make sure he locked my gate back. I saw him at his truck and he said he was done. I asked him had any of the bait been eaten in the stations along the back fence. He said “ back fence?”I told him usually one of the stations, always have a lot bait eaten. He said he didn’t know there were stations along the back fence. I told him every year the technician always check that. I asked don’t you have that info in your device. He said no. He had already locked my gate. I unlocked and went to the backyard and showed him the area. They were covered with some leaves. I found it strange, he didn’t know those stations were back there. It’s in you Moxie’s system. I helped him move some leaves. We found them. I told him don’t forget to lock the gate when you leave and asked him earlier to let me know when he was done, so I could asked him about the payment. and if the stations had a lot of bait eaten. Time had passed and I wonder what was taking so long. I looked out my window and he was gone. The next morning (today), I get a text from my neighbor calling me from work, telling me my gate was left wide open. He didn’t lock the gate back like, I asked and never came back to discuss payment with me. I was very disappointed. Had I not asked about the stations, along my back fence, I would not have never known, they had not been check/serviced. Termite inspections are not cheap, and if he had read what was all in his device he would have known. He told me it wasn’t in there and I don’t believe that, because all the other technicians know where to check, when they come out. I didn’t appreciate him being dishonest with me and leaving w/o discussing what he found and about the bill, like I had asked him. Like, I said, this service is expensive and a job shouldn’t be half done.

Moxie Pest Control has been a great service provider. Reasonable price comparable and better in some cases to other similar companies. All techs I have had contact with including The most recent have been professional, courteous, and thorough. We used to have a seasonal returning ant problem, but with the service, they have not returned.

Allan was very polite. He narrated what service he was going to provide. I have pointed out that I have ant issue and he positively gave me a solution ( aka no smirking ). He also wore shoe protection as he entered my home and carefully sprayed around the house.
