I messaged Mrs. Bzzz on Saturday afternoon & within 1/2 hour I received a return call to discuss the wasp issues I was having. An appointment was scheduled for Monday morning. Tyler arrived on schedule, did a great job. He also explained everything and went over the Maintenance Program with no pressure. Very professional, pleasant young man. Price was reasonable and I was a very happy customer.

My husband contacted Mrs. Buzz and received a prompt callback within 10 minutes of his initial call. Tommy visited today, demonstrating professionalism and efficiency throughout. He thoroughly explained the procedures and provided options during the prior day's phone conversation. Additionally, Tommy presented the program options in a clear and pressure-free manner. We feel confident that our yellow jacket issue will be resolved within 72 hours. Thank you for your exceptional service!

Tyler claims he is one of the owners with the worst customer service said “ It most certainly was explained im one of the owners and did the service myself.” Then he said “ That’s not our problem We have thousands of accounts we can’t make arrangements weeks in advance to make sure someone is home to access the back yard. Do you understand?“ the issue was I have a townhouse with a private yard so someone had to be home and they made a automated appointment. And all the issues were in the backyard but there to busy to make sure somebody will be home. The first appointment was good it’s to bad Tyler was so disrespectful. Don’t waste your time or money. Response to owners. Thank you for your reply. To clarify, I never requested to reschedule my appointment. My concern was simply to confirm that someone needs to be home during the service, since there is no access to my yard, and to ask for a time frame for Monday’s appointment. I also want to note that the responses I received did not come across as respectful, especially from someone representing themselves as the owner. That said, I do recognize the quality of the work from the first appointment. If the owner would like to reach out to me directly by phone, I would be open to a conversation and would consider updating or removing my review.

Tyler did a great job removing our huge hornet nest. Quick service - very professional. Would definitely recommend.

My experience was great. We had a yellow jacket nest, and a family member was stung. It was quick action finding a service to take care of this matter and quickly. Brendan was awesome and explained the differences in nest and all of that. I also like that he was punctual! Great service and team!

We absolutely love Mrs. Bzzz Pest Control! They're pricing is fair and competitive, especially with their subscription plan. The team is professional but also really friendly and approachable, and they’re super clear about what they’re doing. When we had a yellow jacket problem, Anthony was fantastic—he not only took care of the nest but also explained everything along the way. He even spotted and removed a few other wasp nests and a hornet's nest, and they sprayed our finished basement for spiders at no extra charge (which is included with the subscription). Honestly, every homeowner should consider signing up—it's totally worth it, especially if you’re dealing with insects like we often do.

I called yesterday to have a yellow jacket problem taken care of. They scheduled me immediately for today. The technician called me and told me he would be arriving in 20 minutes.This was within the time window I was given. He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He was able to find the source of my problem immediately. He sprayed my entire house outside very quickly. He explained the amount of time it would take for his spray to kill the bees and assured me that the bees would be gone . He also told me that if the problem should continue to call them and they would come back . I highly recommend this company. They were a pleasure to work with and had very good prices.

We called about a wasp infestation. We explained that we had a baby in the house and wanted to know if they could send someone same day. They couldn’t. They claimed we would be covered for 30 days. 2 weeks later we saw signs of more wasps getting inside the house and were told that if there was “no outside activity” or “wasps by the windows outside”there would be an additional fee of $150. Find another company that honors their “guarantee”

I am very happy with the service I received. The technician Eddie came earlier than expected and was very friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. He explained everything he was going to do, and then showed me as well. I definitely feel like he went above and beyond! Highly recommend and request Eddie!
