I’ve been using Naturalcare Pest Control since 2020, and I’m very happy with their service. Nick and Steve have been great to work with—always polite, professional, and easy to talk to. The customer support team is also helpful and quick to respond. I appreciate how straightforward and reliable everything has been. Definitely recommend.

We’ve had nothing but GREAT service from Naturalcare Pest Control. Our technician, Steve, is very responsive and thorough. Pricing is also reasonable. I always get confirmation texts and emails the day before and day of service. I like how the formula they use regularly is dog safe. It has been working well for our monthly services and keeping pests away. We recently had an increase in roaches with the rain, and they upgraded our formula for treatment at no cost. They will also come and treat indoors for no extra cost (but we don’t do that more than once per year or so due to having to be home for that type of appointment…it is just hard with our schedules to make that work). Just the monthly outdoor service has worked really well for us. I highly recommend them!

I would definitely recommend this business. Their technicians (especially Nick) are awesome! Friendly, knowledgable, and super helpful. I did a TON of research on different pest control products and services while I was pregnant and the products this company uses passed the test for me. Nick was very reassuring, and told me that he also felt comfortable using the products in his home around his pets and family. They also solved an issue we were having with ants in our rental property essentially overnight, what a relief! They are quick to schedule a visit, especially if you are on their regular schedule and you need a spot treatment or notice an issue.

I have been using them pretty much since they started business in the area. Have never had any issues with their products/people. I recommend them to anyone that wants natural products because of animals or kids. In my experience they have worked better than products with all the chemicals that we have used in the past.

I found this company using a Google search and am so glad I did. Their product is effective and everyone who has come to treat our house has been so kind. It’s even a pleasure texting with whomever manages the account. They are a top notch company through and through.

Just had my inspection and first treatment today with Nick and I’m super happy with the service I received! Not going to lie the owner Chad, and the receptionist Larissa. And Nick were all so amazing. My first impression of this company is 10/10 based off the service for scheduling and how fast and friendly making an appointment was. Nick was super thorough and friendly during his visit it was nice getting to know him a bit and he gave great advice when it came to managing pests. Really recommend this company for great prices and service!

This is a review for Natural Care Pest Control services. My husband and I have been very impressed with our experience. Cynthia is the perfect person for an introduction to your company. She’s very warm and friendly. Nick was our technician and he was professional and easy to talk to. He made it easy for us to understand what needed to be done. Rodents have decided to “visit” our yard and Nick told us how Natural Care could help solve our problem. We’re brand new at this, so I’ll post again after we start seeing results. So far, I give Natural Care a 10!

Natural Care Pest Control have been out to go pest control service for the past year. Their technicians are excellent, service oriented, professional and very friendly. We had good results overall. Special mention to Nick, who was so helpful during a raccoon invasion in our attic, he went above and beyond to help us, always with a smile in his face. No regrets on hiring them.

I’ve had Naturalcare for six months now and they are great and effective! Both technicians, Nick & Steve, are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. In addition to quarterly pest control, they provide advice on everything from red ants in my backyard to a snake that got in my garage. After service, they send an email with the areas treated and products that were used. Both Nick & Steve are very pet friendly and say hello to my Golden :)

Nick was so kind and friendly and gave me the whole spiel about products, coverage of which pests, survey of individualized needs, reviewing my quarterly package incl billing before spraying away. Love that they have different levels of chemicals from essential oil and lighter duty chemicals primary coverage (which they say works for most) to level 3 heavier duty pesticides if levels 1 & 2 don’t work out. Visits between your planned quarterly tune ups are included as needed! Can’t stress the friendliness enough, good with dogs too.
