Just had my apartment serviced by these guys and they were great! The owner herself came and did the service, as to not miss the appointment due to a technician’s truck having issues. Very attentive to the issues, explained what was used and the process, did everything perfectly, even my dog liked her. Would definitely recommend them and I say this as a former pest control technician from another company.

I am the Assistant Manager at a local apartment complex in Summerville and we use New Technology and they are excellent. Not only to us, but to our residents especially. My personal favorite is Justin, he always goes the extra mile and is just so personable. It's no wonder they have nearly 5 stars! No complaints here!

I was really impressed. The technician came to my house right on time, if not a minute or two early. Everything was explained to me and I knew exactly what was done, etc. I will definitely call again.
