John Paul is amazing he is the reason that I call Nextgen at my new place because he was so effective at my last place. He really resent Nextgen in a great way. Because of him, his knowledge, customer service and next gen formula I will always call next gen at every one of my properties even there is no pest or bugs present, just for preventative purposes. I had an amazing service! Ty came out, gave me a rundown of what he was doing and the why behind everything he did. He was very knowledgeable, and willing to answer all of my questions. This is just 1 of 3 treatments at my apartment and I feel confident that the issue is going to be fixed by the third treatment.
